Hello, Anthony Wise came and installed a new garage opener at my house on 7/1/2013 at approx 9:10. It was late but he didn't mind doing the work. He was very pleasant and explained the difference between the 2 garage door openers he had on his truck. Once I decided he went to work. He apologized because it took longer than expected. Here it was at 10:20pm and he is apologizing to me because it was taking him longer than he thought it would. I told him nothing ever goes right and I appreciated him doing this so late. When he was done he helped my roommate program her car for the remote. It took him no time at all to figure it out. It was very refreshing to have a service technician that was pleasant, happy and more than willing to go above and beyond what his job was. He is an asset to your company. I have used another company for my garage needs but have recently been very unhappy with the services they have been providing. With the pleasant experience that Anthony conveyed on behalf of your company, you have a new customer. I did not receive an assessment card but wanted to express how pleased I was with Anthony. Thanks for the copy of the invoice as well.

The service technician was excellent. He demonstrated a commanding knowledge of the system. Anthony was on time and completed the repair earlier than expected. The spring broke on my garage door, snapped in half. Anthony the technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options. Anthony, our installer, was probably one of the most professional people I have encountered. He gave us a very fair price, installed, cleaned up, and hauled the old door away within the time frame indicated. Anthony came out to the house to deal with an issue on the garage door. He was able to come to the house much earlier than originally scheduled. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with the garage sensors, install new sensors and have the garage work properly. He also helped program a garage remote control. Overall great work and very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The serviceman was prompt, courteous and good. The only negative about the whole experience was when he quoted me the job he said it was $549 installed. At the end of the job he added forty some dollars and said it was the service fee!!! When an installed price is given where did the service fee come about?

Matt Petroff was both our saleman and service tech. He was very professonal and extremely patient and friendly. Matt explained how everything worked and we have a lifetime warranty on our door,opener, and all parts. We had lots of questions, post-services,for Matt,which he patiently answered. WOW!~!!!!!

Had a broken spring on my door. Called Precision and they were here within 1 hour to repair. Anthony Wise did a great job and advised me on other problems with my door so we took care of that at the same time. Anthony was very polite and friendly and also very knowledgable. He completed the job quickly and was very thorough. Nice to see him dressed in a uniform as well. Overall I would give him and Precision an A++

The door was installed on May 2nd. The following Wed I was having trouble with the door not going down. Bill came out to fix the one problem. the following day I still had the same problem. Anthony came out and looked at my door in a different way. He found where the door had a stress point and solved the problem,hopefully. His customer service is excellent and explained the issue to my understanding. He has a wonderful attitude toward his work and shows it through his communication with the customer. I had an ancient Genie opener on its last legs and a track that was off kilter enough that the door opener couldn't fully lift or lower my solid wood garage door. A different vendor had tried to adjust the track but only made the problem worse. Precision installed a new opener, tweaked the track position and cleaned up the workspace. I am happy to have a working door again and was pleased with Precision's service.

We recently purchased a home and had Precision come out and inspect/tune up the garage doors and put in a new keypad. Anthony was right on time, I explained what we were looking to accomplish, he went over a couple options, and we decided on a few minor repairs to ensure the doors were at their optimal function, since they were a little older. I felt no pressure or that he was trying to "up-sell" me something we didn't need and he completed the work in great time. I would consider him an asset to the company! My garage door came off the rails of the opener mechanism. My technician Anthony was very quick and responsive, accurately diagnosing the problem and fixed it, even over the holiday weekend. When a secondary problem arose he quickly determined what the problem was and fixed that as well. The guarantee that came with the fix is great. Thanks!
