The spring broke on my garage door, snapped in half. Anthony the technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options. After reviewing everything, I decided to replace the door as well as the spring. Anthony was very professional, on-time, and completed the work 100% to my satisfaction. Anthony came out to the house to deal with an issue on the garage door. He was able to come to the house much earlier than originally scheduled. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with the garage sensors, install new sensors and have the garage work properly. He also helped program a garage remote control. Overall great work and very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The serviceman was prompt, courteous and good. The only negative about the whole experience was when he quoted me the job he said it was $549 installed. At the end of the job he added forty some dollars and said it was the service fee!!! When an installed price is given where did the service fee come about?

Had a broken spring on my door. Called Precision and they were here within 1 hour to repair. Anthony Wise did a great job and advised me on other problems with my door so we took care of that at the same time. Anthony was very polite and friendly and also very knowledgable. The door was installed on May 2nd. The following Wed I was having trouble with the door not going down. Bill came out to fix the one problem. the following day I still had the same problem. Anthony came out and looked at my door in a different way. He found where the door had a stress point and solved the problem,hopefully. I had an ancient Genie opener on its last legs and a track that was off kilter enough that the door opener couldn't fully lift or lower my solid wood garage door. A different vendor had tried to adjust the track but only made the problem worse. Precision installed a new opener, tweaked the track position and cleaned up the workspace. I am happy to have a working door again and was pleased with Precision's service.

We recently purchased a home and had Precision come out and inspect/tune up the garage doors and put in a new keypad. Anthony was right on time, I explained what we were looking to accomplish, he went over a couple options, and we decided on a few minor repairs to ensure the doors were at their optimal function, since they were a little older. I felt no pressure or that he was trying to "up-sell" me something we didn't need and he completed the work in great time. I would consider him an asset to the company!
