Jim here we go again, Another great review for your team. Last time it was Bill Admaini this time it is Anthony Wise. Tony did a great job of explaining why and how my garage door was first installed by another company. He explained several options that I could take to get my failing circuit board to work on a 13 year old motor. The right decision, even though my wallet is screaming, was to get a new opener unit and drive belt. Fast, professional and he made sure I had a key entry along with two remotes. Fantastic expeditious work. I have several chores today and I now have time to do them. Brandon (trainee, I think) and Tony jumped in there and got the job done. Great experience. Anthony the technician was very professional. He came to give me an estimate but was prepared to do the job. I gave him the okay an hour and a half later my door was as good as new. This was a very old heavy wood door that is now perfectly balanced and goes up and down very easily.
