Jim here we go again, Another great review for your team. Last time it was Bill Admaini this time it is Anthony Wise. Tony did a great job of explaining why and how my garage door was first installed by another company. He explained several options that I could take to get my failing circuit board to work on a 13 year old motor. The right decision, even though my wallet is screaming, was to get a new opener unit and drive belt. Fast, professional and he made sure I had a key entry along with two remotes. Fantastic expeditious work. I have several chores today and I now have time to do them. Brandon (trainee, I think) and Tony jumped in there and got the job done. Great experience. Anthony the technician was very professional. He came to give me an estimate but was prepared to do the job. I gave him the okay an hour and a half later my door was as good as new. This was a very old heavy wood door that is now perfectly balanced and goes up and down very easily.

With a broken spring, it was great to get a same day repair. Being able to call in at 7:30am, before most services are even open, was also convenient. The website provides a lot of helpful information. Anthony was right on time, very friendly, professional, knowledgable, neat, and finished in 90 minutes. A la carte part replacement added up quickly, so we went with the rebuild. Although my garage door was the last thing I wanted to spend money on, I feel like the higher quality parts have added value to our home.

I feel like I was truly taken. The spring broke, I needed it replaced. The service call price was never discussed on the phone - $65 no matter what - then they charged me $185 PER spring. Then he wanted to sell me a host of other items that would total the bill to over $800... Later in the day I learned that I was over charged considerably compared to other door companies in the area. I would never recommend to anyone. What a rip off. Go someplace else!

We are truly sorry you feel that way Mr. Antolik. There are a few issues going here. First, let us address the service call. All service companies charge a service call fee for coming to a customers home, usually more than $65.00 whether work is done or not. Secondly, our springs cost $185.00 because they're higher quality of spring than our competitors and last many years longer. Also, our technicians look not only at what is broken, but also parts that are worn and will cause the door to malfunction in the future. Our goal is to "fix the door right the first time", so the homeowner doesn't have to worry about it again. Lastly, it is quite unfair to compare us to the other garage door companies in the area because they do not provide the same level of service that we do. Please, compare us to someone that has 24hr emergency service, that offer lifetime warranties and have trained technicians. I hope that over time you will come to realize that you paid a fair price for what you received.

He was very pleasant and explained the difference between the 2 garage door openers he had on his truck. Once I decided he went to work. He apologized because it took longer than expected. Here it was at 10:20pm and he is apologizing to me because it was taking him longer than he thought it would. I told him nothing ever goes right and I appreciated him doing this so late. When he was done he helped my roommate program her car for the remote. It took him no time at all to figure it out. It was very refreshing to have a service technician that was pleasant, happy and more than willing to go above and beyond what his job was. He is an asset to your company. I have used another company for my garage needs but have recently been very unhappy with the services they have been providing. With the pleasant experience that Anthony conveyed on behalf of your company, you have a new customer. I did not receive an assessment card but wanted to express how pleased I was with Anthony.
