Anthony did a great job. He did a rebuild of the door replaced springs,rollers, bearings,and cable in an hour. He called when he was 15 minutes out. He double checked that no debris was left on the floor.

Jim here we go again, Another great review for your team. Last time it was Bill Admaini this time it is Anthony Wise. Tony did a great job of explaining why and how my garage door was first installed by another company. He explained several options that I could take to get my failing circuit board to work on a 13 year old motor. The right decision, even though my wallet is screaming, was to get a new opener unit and drive belt. Fast, professional and he made sure I had a key entry along with two remotes. Fantastic expeditious work. I have several chores today and I now have time to do them. Brandon (trainee, I think) and Tony jumped in there and got the job done. I can tell that Brandon is astute and willing to go the extra mile. Tony is on top of his game. Good bunch of guys at your company. And now I've met three of them. Good luck over the years to come. Great experience. Anthony the technician was very professional. He came to give me an estimate but was prepared to do the job. I gave him the okay an hour and a half later my door was as good as new. This was a very old heavy wood door that is now perfectly balanced and goes up and down very easily.

With a broken spring, it was great to get a same day repair. Being able to call in at 7:30am, before most services are even open, was also convenient. The website provides a lot of helpful information. Anthony was right on time, very friendly, professional, knowledgable, neat, and finished in 90 minutes. A la carte part replacement added up quickly, so we went with the rebuild. Although my garage door was the last thing I wanted to spend money on, I feel like the higher quality parts have added value to our home.

I am a member of Angies List and Precision has great reviews so I made an appointment because our spring busted on the garage door. Anthony Wise came and did a terrific job was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. the product (springs) were so much better grade than what we had. He explained about the rebuild program and we decided to have him come back and do that and also replace weather strip on bottom. we would request Anthony again

We called Precision to fix our garage door that would not open. The technician was super especially since the door decided to open just when the tech was approaching the closed door. He checked everything, told us it could possibly be a circuit breaking going bad.... I would call on Precision for sure next time we are in need or when we decide to install a new door. Had a spring break on our garage door and Anthony came out to fix it. He immediately noticed other problems with the door which could lead to much more severe issues. He presented us with all our fix options and the price points for each. We quickly came to an agreement on what needs to be addressed. Anthony was done with the fix within an hour and the door is now working better than it did before. All along he was very friendly and professional.

I feel like I was truly taken. The spring broke, I needed it replaced. The service call price was never discussed on the phone - $65 no matter what - then they charged me $185 PER spring. Then he wanted to sell me a host of other items that would total the bill to over $800... Later in the day I learned that I was over charged considerably compared to other door companies in the area. I would never recommend to anyone. What a rip off. Go someplace else!

We are truly sorry you feel that way Mr. Antolik. There are a few issues going here. First, let us address the service call. All service companies charge a service call fee for coming to a customers home, usually more than $65.00 whether work is done or not. Secondly, our springs cost $185.00 because they're higher quality of spring than our competitors and last many years longer. Also, our technicians look not only at what is broken, but also parts that are worn and will cause the door to malfunction in the future. Our goal is to "fix the door right the first time", so the homeowner doesn't have to worry about it again. Lastly, it is quite unfair to compare us to the other garage door companies in the area because they do not provide the same level of service that we do. Please, compare us to someone that has 24hr emergency service, that offer lifetime warranties and have trained technicians. I hope that over time you will come to realize that you paid a fair price for what you received.
