As a previous customer, we knew we could trust Precision to replace the garage door after moving to another state. Shortly, after the replacement, the seal around the door began to sag. We called Precision to address the issue. Anthony came the day after the call. He was prompt, friendly, kind, and efficient. He fixed the problem within ten minutes. Anthony was fabulous!

Thanks for the quick response to my service call. Anthony arrived on time, worked quickly, and had my door back in operation in a few minutes . He suggested swapping out the led bulb in the opener for a standard bulb to avoid electrical interference with the door operation. Also, he was to provide two options for new door openers with pricing but i have not yet received any information.

Purchased a new garage door and new garage ope new 16 months ago and garage opener was installed incorrectly . The two screws did not hit a stud and came out of the dry wall. Called to get it repaired and they still charged me a 75$ service charge for there poor workmanship. Very disappointed for there poor workmanship. ???? Thats there mistake and should not have been charged. I would have just recounted the drive bar myself.

Precision Service tech arrived early for service call. I and another technician working on my current garage problem attempted to describe the problem we were having with the initial installation of garage door by Precision and why we reached back out to the installers of my garage. The Precision Tech immediately took defense of the obvious problem even after viewing pictures. He assessed his solution to the separation and forced drilled 4 holes into the new base from the frame probably the way it should have been done initially! Total time 8 mins maybe Total cost $150. Problem solved A+ Tech Attitude: D

In the past year I have spent $1,500 on springs and a new garage door opener with Precision. The service guys have been great. However, I recently purchased a $999 opener instead of $699 one because I believe I was misled on the warranty of the $699 opener. I was told the $699 opener didn't have more than a 5 year warranty on the motor and/or belt. I merely wanted an opener with a keypad and 2 remotes...however I was told the warranty was better on the $999 model. Then I was told I needed new rollers and that would cost me $230!!! I've spent over $1,500 in the last 2 months and they want $230 for 10 rollers? I felt I was deceived on the warranty and the after spending $1,500 i felt the rollers should have been discounted.

I had called to schedule service on a snapped torsion spring on 11/29. Fully expecting a week or more wait time, I was delighted to hear that they were able to dispatch a technician within 24 hrs. I also loved that the dispatcher was able to give me a very realistic window for service (12pm-2pm). Was also pleasantly surprised to hear that Anthony was able to make it nearly two full hours early before that window as well.
