Bill Adamini is my service tech. This is the second time he's come out to work on my garage door. The first time he did a full rebuild (about 2 years ago at the time of this writing). Precision installed a new garage door and Liftmaster opener in July, 2016. We were very pleased with the installation process and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our Liftmaster malfunctioned on Monday, November 27th. I called around 9AM and a service tech was at my house by 3PM that day. He diagnosed the problem which required a replacement of the opener head. He did not have the part on board but did return the following day with a new unit and completed the work withing 15 minutes. He was very efficient and courteous, apologizing for the inconvenience. The replacement was covered under warranty.

Paul Broschk came to my home on a service call. He is a really "nice guy" with a great attitude and work ethic. At 8:00 am this morning, hurrying to work I backed out of garage without pushing overhead door to open. You guessed it I bent the door, but because of it is Precision, it still lifted back up. By 9:00 am I called Precision and got courteous promise of a call back at 3:00.
