I had two garage doors installed on my three car garage yesterday. We had tons of snow the night before and it was still snowing yesterday morning out here in the snowbelt. Consequently, Ryan arrived a couple of hours later than he had planned (I figured they wouldn't show at all in the bad weather). However, he kept me informed of his progress. He did an excellent job on the doors, openers, and key pads. Left no mess at all and the doors are great. Very pleased with this company and Ryan.

In my email confirmation, there were pictures of service technicians who would possible report. I believe that to be an exceptional customer service method. Although assigned another tech, Bill Adamini called the next morning at the beginning of the service scheduled time. He arrived much earlier than expected and was courtesy, thorough and polite. he was also knowledgeable about my issues and addressed them all. Bill was respectful of my time and very professional. I would recommend Precision without hesitation for the quality of service and the quality of the customer service. Exceptional Branding!

Service was quick and great. Had an issue and had to quickly search online for a place. Called around 4:30 and they scheduled for 6-8pm. The technician, Anthony Wise, was able to come early. He called first to confirm that it was ok to come early. He arrived quickly and figured out the issue right away. He provided 3 options and explained each. His work was quick and good. Turned a frustration situation around and made it much easier for us.

My garage door problem was an easy fix. I called sometime after 8:30AM and they gave me a window 0f 10A-12P. Shortly after 10 John (very nice employee) called and said he would be there in 5 minutes and he was true to his word.
