When Precision Garage Door technician, Paul Broschk arrived to our home to repair our garage door springs, his first response was to evaluate the entire functionality of the garage door. The door was in need of a real tune-up. Paul Broschk presented us with three repair scenarios at three separate price points. We choose the mid-rage repair option was very pleased with the outcome. PRECISION DOOR INSTALLED A DOOR OPENER TWO YEARS AGO AND I CONSIDER THEIR SERVICE AND PRODUCT AS FIVE STAR. TODAY THERE WAS A LOUD METAL ON METAL NOISE TO BE CORRECTED. PRECISION'S TECHNICIAN MATT PETROFF'S SWIFT INVESTIGATION AND SERVICE FOUND THAT THE SPRINGS AND DOOR NEEDED LUBRICATING AND THE OPENER WAS TREATED WITH GREASE. PROBLEM SOLVED QUICKLY.

Please note that Anthony was the technician who performed the garage repair on Monday, June 1. He arrived promptly and reviewed the current problem making it necessary to open and close the door manually. He installed new parts as shown on the invoice. He tested the operation of the door, discussed more about the door in general which was helpful and educational. Tony is pleasant about answering questions and very professional in his demeanor. vk

I found my experience to be most enjoyable. I called on a Sunday and spoke to an employee. You can imagine how surprised I was. Then a technician came to assess my garage door. Ryan is the technician who came today to install my 2 new doors. There was quite a lot to do but he was very efficient and had both doors completed before the time they said it would take. Chris called prior to scheduled appointment and was there when he said that he would. Chris was very courteous and pleasant. Besides the spring needing to be replaced, he pointed out that the bearings were wobbly, the nylon rollers were wearing, and that the cable was compromised when the torsion spring broke. Based on his recommendations, we went ahead with all of these changes which came with a lifetime warranty. We are very satisified. Five stars.

Chris came out today and overhauled my springs, rollers, end caps, etc. The house was built in 1979, so it was time... He arrived on time, performed an overall assessment, explained details about the new hardware components, and generally made the experience fairly painless. I will add that my selection of Precision was in large part due to the 24 hour call center and website reviews. It was great dealing with such a responsive company, and especially with competent professionals such as Chris.
