I would give this company 5 stars. I called Precision Door Service on Tue. at 9:30 am after looking at their website. I told then I had a broken spring could they send someone out to repair it. They said they could have their technician Matt Pettit at my home between 12 and 2:00 pm. They sent me an acknowledgement to my cell phone of a picture of Matt and the time he would arrive. He called 15 minutes prior to his arrival. Once here Matt looked over the broken spring and gave me several options and prices on fixing the problem right. Matt was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. My garage door is now smooth and quiet. Great job Matt. I was very satisfied and would recommend you and your company.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday afternoon, so we had to lookup a 24/7 company to service our door. We chose Precision based on their ad and reviews. We received prompt attention from Precision. Mr. Bill Adamini was our service technician. He called us ahead and showed up at our home on time. The service van looked new and properly labeled. Mr. Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, neat, and completed the job very well within the expected time frame. The total cost was a bit pricey, but worth it. We are very satisfied and would recommend Precision to others!

Paul Broschk was the technician that came out to our home to install a new garage door opener. Before starting the job Paul inspected the garage door springs, rollers, pulleys, bearings and cables and found them all be worn from 45 years of use. Paul replaced all the needed parts and installed opener. GREAT JOB PAUL, I would recommend Paul and Precision Door Service to any friends or family that need garage door service in the future ! Our Garage door spring broke on a day we needed to get our cars out for appointments my wife and I had that day. We called and got technician Paul Broschk. He explained all our options and why we needed them. There were many problems with the door , one spring instead of two, bad bearings on both ends with bad cables. He fixed our door fast and efficiently .We were very pleased with his service and knowledge of our problem. I would Highly recommend Precision door and Paul Broschk for your garage door problems. I was referred to Precision by a friend and I'm glad she did. They were quick to answer and make sure that I got an appointment right away. Anthony the person assigned to do the job was not only on time, she also called before arrival. My technician (Zoran) was very professional and courteous. He arrived in the specified time with an advance phone call letting me know he was on the way. He took the time to explain what the issues were and why they happened or needed repair. He gave me different options for repairing my garage door while explaining the advantages and disadvantages and then letting me make an informed decision. I did not feel pressured to do one over the other. The garage was fixed to my satisfaction and has a lifetime warranty!

I originally planned to have the Stanley garage opener repaired. Your technician, Paul Broschk, explained in detail, that repair was not possible, and recommended replacement. In addition his evaluation of the garage components, which were old and loose, also indicated replacement. Although I was not prepared to spend $1,100.00 at this time, his recommendation made good sense. After Paul completed the work, he went through the operation with me to insure everything worked properly.

Paul arrived as scheduled and performed an OUTSTANDING job. Prior to beginning, he asked me how old was my garage door. I had NO idea. I just moved into the house in May 2015. Will did a great job! He was on time, courteous, and did all the repairs in a timely manner. He also upgraded our security for the overhead door with a device which will prevent the criminal from being able to pull down the attachment piece on the door to the rail.

I found Precision Door as I perused the Internet. Impressive, very professional looking. And you were able to perform the same day as I called. Service performed; New springs, rollers, the whole works. The door would not raise. Now here is a PLUSE, the technician, Z, most impressive. Smile, courteous, and very, very thorough in explaining what had to be done and WHY. That door sounds better now than it did when it was new. In closing, I felt the $ 789.00 was quite steep. Called in for a broken spring. The technician, Paul, arrived and inspected the door and opener and gave me some options after the assessment. The basic fix was about what I expected but I ended up opting for a fuller service for peace of mind about the garage door opener in a house we bought a year ago. The technician was professional, friendly and relatively quick with his work. I would definitely recommend Precision for service.

Technition was great. Knowledgable, friendly. however, Charges were excessive.and exorberant. $ 99.00 for 26 dollar battery is hiighway robbery. Dan lozano
