I called Precision because I was told by a few companies I would have to wait till next week. I was pleasantly surprised by their availability and courteous service. Greg was helpful and very knowledgeable. He installed a new garage door opener by letting me know about all the benefits on my own.. pretty sure I made a good choice.

Every year I have my garage door checked to make sure that it runs smoothly and is safe. I have used Precision Garage Door Service for several years. It is easy to make an appointment, and everyone who I have dealt with has been personable and knowledgeable. I like the fact that I can have the same technician come every year. Paul Broschk is my technician. He is reliable, and I can trust him to help me keep my garage door in good running condition.

10-21-24 Precision Door and their technician Al get my highest rating. We were having problems with our garage door opener for quite some time. The motor, which was 22 years old would from time time just stop. The problem kept getting worse and yesterday (a Sunday) it became bad enough that we called for service. Precision scheduled an appointment for today, Monday. The tech Al arrived on time and checked out the opener, explained the problem, provide us with the options that would solve the problem, and the cost of each option. We decided to replace the opener. Al quickly and professionally removed the old opener installed the new one including a totally new motor and mechanism, two remote control units, a keypad, and interior wall button unit. The cost was fair, the work was excellent and done in a very timely and professional manner. Precision Garage Door Service fully deserves the highest rating.

Al and Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations. Al’s knowledge and honesty saved me a considerable amount of money. I thought I needed a new lift spring, but Al explained all I needed was a lift arm. Days later I discovered that I had locked myself out of the garage because my remote was not working. Al offered to help me open the door and went on to program the remote for me, all at no extra charge. I highly recommend Al and Precision Garage Door for both their expertise as well as their integrity. Great service after the sale!
