The connection point of my track from the opener to the wall was pulling away. Unsure of what was causing this, I called Precision to diagnose and fix, as they originally installed the door 5 years ago. Our technician Nick was very friendly and helpful. Our scheduled time was between 4-6 and Nick a called and said he was running early and would be coming sooner. He looked at our garage door and let us know what it would cost to repair it. Work was done in a timely manner and the door works great now. Would recommend this company.

I received service in 2006 for the springs on my garage door which lasted up to now. I think they lasted good considering the heaviness of the door. My hope is this second set last just as long!
