After a recent power outage we called Precision again for a battery replacement. Paul Broschik was here within the hour replaced the battery and did a maintenance safety check on the system. A spring on my garage door broke, and I called Precision, as they had been out at my house a year ago for another problem. Like the first time, they quickly scheduled an appointment, and this morning Bill Adamini (who, coincidentally, was the tech who serviced my garage door a year ago) arrived early and ready to work. I looked you up in the yellow pages when the company i used before could not get some to me as the advertisement promised. I office sales person explained what the technician would do upon arrival. Anthony did exactly what she said and explained what my other options were and the cost of each. He did and excellent job (5 stars) and completed the work within an hour. He also changed the code on my outside lock as well as hooking up my care remote. GREAT TIMELY SERVICE.
