I am a member of Angies List and Precision has great reviews so I made an appointment because our spring busted on the garage door. Anthony Wise came and did a terrific job was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. the product (springs) were so much better grade than what we had. He explained about the rebuild program and we decided to have him come back and do that and also replace weather strip on bottom. we would request Anthony again

Your technician, Jason, that came to our home to repair our garage door was courteous, pleasant, helpful,timely, knowledgeable and efficient. It was indeed a pleasure to have him in our home. The door is not only repaired, but works better and more quietly than ever before. We would recommend Precison (and Jason) to anyone who had this type of problem.

I chose your service based on the thoroughness in your advertisement, giving me the impression of a honest and trustworthy business. I was very pleased with the services performed, new springs.The serviceman, Bill, was so friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and accomodating. Completed the work quickly and explained to me what he did as well as providing me tips on caring for the the on-going maintenance of my garage door. I was extremely pleased with the overall service performed and Bill is an excellent representative of the company and we need more of that type of person in the service industry!

I called Precision Door Service because of a special offered by Angie's List. I was impressed from the minute I called to make the appointment. This company is well-organized and offers first-rate service from the beginning until the end. Brad explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He never pressured me to do more. Although, end the end, I chose to purchase more than what was offered in the special. He fixed my noisy door, and after he was done, I felt more confident that my garage door was safe. I really appreciated Brad's professionalism.

Mr. Wise was efficient and extremely helpful. He walked me through the steps to change my garage door frequency and installed a part for additional safety with the door. I would recommend this company to my friends and my family.
