On Monday November 14, 2012 I was referred by a friend to have your company make repairs on my garage. I called and I was informed a Service Technnician would respond between the hours of 2-4pm. Within minutes of speaking with your service representative, I received a call from Jeffery Ware. Mr. Ware stated he was in the area and could be at my residence within the hour. He arrived within the hour, I explained what issue I was having with my garage and Mr. Ware inspected the area and informed me of a cable problem. Upon explaining what needed to be done and cost, Mr. Ware proceeded to fix my garage and I could not be more satisfied with the work performed! I thanked Mr. Ware for his response and resolution to my problem. I would recommend Precision to my family and friends.

we are very satisfied with the work the technician performed..he was knowledgable and friendly and the door works much better. my only complaint is that the technician was a no show for our first appt and we weren't notified that he wasn't coming til we called to check why no one came. i understand things come up and there are emergencies (our wasn't) but a phone would have been nice to inform us and to reschedule the job.

Al came to do the look at the job and to give me an estimate.(Bill did the actual installation which is on a different review). The time for his arrival was to be between 2 and 4 and he showed up at 2:05, which saved me a lot of time. He was very courteus and professional and gave a complete and accurate estimate for cost and installation ( you were able to install a day earlier which was great). I would reccomend him to anyone.

Brad did a beautiful job. He rebuilt our garage door. We had been worried that the door could fall on our car because the opener was rattling and appeared loose at the wall. He also showed us the rusted plates at the bottom, which of course he replaced in the process of rebuilding. Thank you Brad, it was a pleasure having you do the work and show us what was happening. We will certainly call Precision should we need any future work.

Great job! My garage doors were making a great deal of noise and I was not sure if I needed to replace or what. Precision came out and evaluated the problems and did the necessary maintenence and now the doors are really quiet. They also gave me the age of the doors and the age and quality of the openers and what changes and maintenece I might want to consider in the future. They were very professional and thank you for the quiet.

I have used Precision before and found them to be fair and honest. Ryan took care of us on that visit. Today, our garage door would not open, Bill was the tech who came to take care of us. He found that our pulley system was broken and unsafe. He replaced the pulleys and installed safety hardware. Then he found that our door would not work, due the fact that the motor was burned out (probably from my wife trying to open the stuck door). We just couldn't afford to install a brand new opener at this time and we were resigned that we would have to manually open and close our garage door. Not a pleasant option with Cleveland winter just around the corner. Bill said don't give up yet, he went to his truck and found a replacement part from an opener he had removed from another job earlier in the day. He was able to get the opener working. He also reprogrammed our remote. The door opens and closes perfectly and I now have the peace of mind knowing that the entire system is safe. My wife was so pleased with the effort that Bill went to to make sure our issues were taken care and at a price we could afford, she give him a couple slices of chocolate cake. When the time comes to replace our 20+ year old opener we will be calling Precision Door again. Thank you very much for your hard work Bill !!!

Got your name from Angie's List and saw positive reviews. I was impressed that you were able to provide service the same day and sent an e-mail with photos of your technicians. Bill was really great. He called that he could come early, was friendly and professional. I had had a new floor put in my garage and needed to have the garage door working and the opener reconnected. He was able to correct a problem with how the metal rail was placed in the concrete. He was able to get the door workable even though it was now too long as the floor was higher than it had been. I highly recommend him and your company!
