I was a new home owner and had some issues with my garage door. Jeffrey Ware the owner came over to my house himself and took VERY good care of me. I got a great deal and my problem was fixed within 1 hour. Precision Door does it right and their professionals will take extremely good care of you. Mitch was my technician. He did an excellent job with the repair fo cables for my garage door. He was very courteous, and gave excellent customer service. Mitch even took the time to listen to me rant after the repairs were completed. Excellent guy! I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks, and I look forward to working with him again!!

On Saturday, April 7, I discovered that both the cables and springs had broken. I called your company and immediately received an appointment between 5:00 PM and 7:00PM and that Mitch would be the technician. He called to confirm and told me that he was running a little late and arrived at 7:30PM. He assessed the problem and I decided to purchase the rebuild package. He was very courteous and professional and answered all questions. The job was completed by 9:30PM I used to use another service company, but now I will only use your company. I also learned that your replacement parts have a lifetime warranty.

Al did a phenomenal job and I am very happy with the new insulated garage door. Al worked efficiently, was courteous and cleaned up afterwards. My neighborhood had a short-term power outage soon after his arrival and Al just kept on working to get the job done. I have used Precision Door twice now and both times have been very favorable experiences. The most recent was when my garage door woould not open. They were able to come the same door (within a couple hours of my calling) and fixed it pretty quickly. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Thank you! Al was very courteous. we really like our new garage door. The windows let in a lot of light during the daytime. The insulation keeps the inside cooler the summer time and allows us to go into the garage without a coat on in the winter.

I just want to say thank you very much. I crashed my car into the garage, and needed someone to try to get the garage door down. Unfortuently I cracked the stud and Jim wasn't able to help without taking a chance of the garage corner to fall. We will be calling you when repairs are made, so you can install a garage door. I had inadvertently closed the garage door and the only working opener was in my car, in the garage.This happened around the last week of November. It was 8:00 PM and I tried to open the door manually with no success. I called your company and they scheduled an appointment between 10:00 and 12:00.The on-call technician, Eric, called within a half hour and was on site by 9:00 PM. He worked for about a half hour to manually unlock with no success. I authorized him to cut a hole in a panel so we could hit the switch to open the door. This garage had no other means of entry (side door, window, attached to house). He took the information for the new panel and explained that when the door was installed originally, the manual release was installed to the frame of the door instead of the release mechanism. The panel came in about two weeks later and Eric came to do the installation. Unfortunately, the wrong panel had been ordered and the door was not fixed. Eric did install the new panel on Thursday and I no longer have to get out of the car to open and shut the door! The only disappointment was the length of time it took to install the panel. The technician was terrific: very polite and professional, always prompt and called when enroute. I do not know whether this happened by accident or deliberate - I think it was critical to your success that the same technician was on the job thru to completion. Prior to installation we were contacted to determine best date and time and you were always very accomodating. I would definately make referrals to you in the future and call you for additional assistance and purchase. Thank you for your assistance!

I appreciate the prompt response to fixing my daughters garage door opener.I met with Tom since my daughter was moving back to Cleveland from Columbus due to a job transfer. With one days notice Tom actually showed up earlier than the appointment we had scheduled for that day. Within about one hour door was working well. Being reasonably priced my daughter was overjoyed.

Your technician - Eric, arrived early and proceeded to work. The manual release was incorrectly installed and we had no choice but to please a hole in the door to access by hand.
