After discussing the different options, fixing needed parts versus installation of new garage doors with garage door opener on one side, I made my decision without any pressuring from the Technician. Matt was very responsive to my needs of what needed to be done.He took time to fix the problem & was very courteous.He also took the time to explain to me about a potential problem which could have been very serious.that is replacing the door rollers.He said the could break at any time since the garage was 16 years old.I had the work done on his advise and was pleased at the very quick time to do the repair.Overall I was very happy with the whole experience with Precision.
