Matt was very responsive to my needs of what needed to be done.He took time to fix the problem & was very courteous.He also took the time to explain to me about a potential problem which could have been very serious.that is replacing the door rollers.He said the could break at any time since the garage was 16 years old.I had the work done on his advise and was pleased at the very quick time to do the repair.Overall I was very happy with the whole experience with Precision.

Bill was very professional when he arrived to install a new garage door opener. He did the work efficiently and to high standards. He tightened up a cable on the garage door and lubricated the door assembly as well. We had one minor unforseen issue (not related to the technician or install) and Bill has been great about getting back to us in a timely fashion and taking care of it. Overall very satisfied.

He installed two garage door openers, explained how to release the doors in case of power outage, showed us how to use the outside number pad to open or close the door, and how to change the bulbs in the overhead lights when necessary. Bill came in and replaced our broken garage door opener. He came in and recommended what was needed gave expert advise regarding what he thought we needed. He replaced and installed our garage door motor in a little over an hour then walked me through the features and warranties. He also took the time to tighten grease the hinges of the garage door.
