Precision Door has been very responsive, sends an email confirming time of service and arrives on time. Our technician, Ryan Freeman, was efficient, personable and friendly. He installed two garage door openers, explained how to release the doors in case of power outage, showed us how to use the outside number pad to open or close the door, and how to change the bulbs in the overhead lights when necessary. Bill came in and replaced our broken garage door opener. He came in and recommended what was needed gave expert advise regarding what he thought we needed. He replaced and installed our garage door motor in a little over an hour then walked me through the features and warranties. He also took the time to tighten grease the hinges of the garage door. Quality job all around.

Service needed: New Cables, new Wheels/Hinges, new Door Track, tuned the door opener motor. I chose PGD for their services and feedback. 24hr call anytime, open 7 days a week and even make night runs if need be, to get you to work the next morning. Jason was my technician and lived up to his reputation of showing up early (around 7:45 on an 8-11am schedule). This was excellent as it allows me to get to work in the garage sooner. He was also very friendly to my dogs as well as admiring the hot rods in the driveway and garage. He immediately went to work explaining everything to me. He made the work look easy but assured it takes years to do so. I'd recommend Jason again for any future garage door needs. Thanks PGD and thanks Jason for being prompt.

Our installer, Paul, was very diligent and personable. He explained what he would do and how long it would take and he did an excellent job. Upon completion he showed us the work you done and how to operate the garage doors. Everything worked flawlessly. My only complaint was that Paul was late due to mechanical issues with his vehicle. I would've appreciated a call from the office letting me know this would be the case since I had to take time off work. When I did call the office the receptionist was unaware of the issue and, unfortunately, somewhat unconcerned about my complaint.

Hello, Anthony Wise came and installed a new garage opener at my house on 7/1/2013 at approx 9:10. It was late but he didn't mind doing the work. He was very pleasant and explained the difference between the 2 garage door openers he had on his truck. Once I decided he went to work. He apologized because it took longer than expected. Here it was at 10:20pm and he is apologizing to me because it was taking him longer than he thought it would. I told him nothing ever goes right and I appreciated him doing this so late. When he was done he helped my roommate program her car for the remote. It took him no time at all to figure it out. It was very refreshing to have a service technician that was pleasant, happy and more than willing to go above and beyond what his job was. He is an asset to your company. I have used another company for my garage needs but have recently been very unhappy with the services they have been providing. With the pleasant experience that Anthony conveyed on behalf of your company, you have a new customer. I did not receive an assessment card but wanted to express how pleased I was with Anthony. My door was stuck open with a broken cable bracket and the tech came the same day I called to take care of it. I knew my door hardware was old and in bad shape and Jason explained a package where I keep the door and he replaced most of the moving parts. Now its quiet, balanced, and most importantly goes up and down again. He also gave me advice on my other door even though he did not service it. I was impressed!

The service that Cleveland Garage Doors gave me was excellent. The technician showed up when he said he would and he was very knowledgeable concerning what my garage door needed. The work was completed quickly and the technician explained why my problem occured and how he would address the issue so that it will not happen again. Bill did an awesome job with our garage door. Our old door broke while our cars were inside of the garage. We were in a bind with needing them to get out and quick. Bill came over on a Sunday and helped us out. Our door was not repairable, but he worked with me to design the door of my choice. It's in and it looks great!
