We thought we just needed a repair. Turns out we needed a new garage door opener. Installation was done within about an hour. I called for an appointment earlier in the day and we were able to get a same day appointment. Zoran was very professional and helpful to us while trying to make a decision.

Precision door came out several years ago to fix a broken spring. The technician put your label on the backside of the door and that's who I called to get an estimate for a new door. Our garage door is an original door --- only 36 years old! Bill came out thinking he was here for a repair. Told him we were looking for a quote for a new door. Then John showed up because he needed something off of the truck. The two of them (Bill and John) helped us make our decision as to what color and style of door that we ended up ordering. Great teamwork!!

This was the first time I have tried Precision. I am very satisfied! It was incredibly easy to make an appointment online, with many same-day options available. The work was quick, clean, and resolved my issue. The technician, John Gilles, called when he was on his way and arrived when expected. He immediately diagnosed the problem. He then made a special trip to pick up the necessary parts. He was very polite and took his time to explain everything. I will definitely contact Precision the next time I need my garage door repaired.

John was the technician who came to the house to fix a broken spring. He called before arrival, and showed up exactly when he told me he was going to be here. He diagnosed the problem and inspected all the mechanics of the door. He quoted me the exact price, and repaired the broken equipment. I was emailed the invoice, and John was on his way. The repair was handled efficiently and professionally. I would recommend this company for any and all garage needs.

I had called Precision Garage Door to replace a broken spring (single spring on garage door) on 1/29/2022 at approximately 6:30 pm Saturday night, and was informed that they were booked all day for Sunday. I opted for an appointment for Monday 1/31/2022 between 8 am - 10 am, and the technician showed up promptly at 8:30 am (Al Fleming, after calling ahead). Al has a great customer service side as he did not try and "up sell" on anything additional. However, after speaking with Al and Al taking the time to explain everything to me, I decided to with not just replacing the broken spring, but, replace with two spring and the replacement of all of the door "rollers", since I have a belt-drive garage door opener, I do not hear the 'clinks' and 'clanks' from the rollers any more and only hear the 'whirring' of the motor its self. Garage door broke on a Friday night and my phone call was answered promptly and had an appointment scheduled for 10am the next day. On a Saturday! I was already impressed with your service and then I met Al, your service technician who was even more impressive. Had my garage door fixed and running in 15 minutes and is just a great guy. He even fixed my non working garage door pin pad! Can't say enough great things about him and the service we received. 5 stars, 100% satisfied. Thank you for the great service.

He then offered several solutions and pricing estimates for different levels or repair. My garage door broke at 8PM. After I realized I couldn't fix it myself I called precision around 9PM to schedule an appointment for the following morning. The next day my tech (William) called me to confirm the date/time and even came early. I couldn't have been more pleased with his ability to fix my problem but also walk me through the process/the issue/the reinstall/etc. I was referred to Precision from my brother. 10-21-24 Precision Door and their technician Al get my highest rating. We were having problems with our garage door opener for quite some time. The motor, which was 22 years old would from time time just stop. The problem kept getting worse and yesterday (a Sunday) it became bad enough that we called for service. Precision scheduled an appointment for today, Monday. The tech Al arrived on time and checked out the opener, explained the problem, provide us with the options that would solve the problem, and the cost of each option. We decided to replace the opener. Al quickly and professionally removed the old opener installed the new one including a totally new motor and mechanism, two remote control units, a keypad, and interior wall button unit. The cost was fair, the work was excellent and done in a very timely and professional manner. Precision Garage Door Service fully deserves the highest rating.
