Paul came to check out my broken spring and noted that my door was damaged as well, and advised that I replace the door rather than just the spring. As this was really my only place to keep a car, Paul also went out of his way to make sure he could get the door installed the next day! Paul did a great job in my tiny little garage, making sure the door hung level and was attached to studs, unlike my old door. Thank you for taking care of me!

He showed me what was causing my garage door problems (very loud sounds and would stick every day when trying to open or close), what he could do to fix it, and then once fixed showed me how nice it worked. We called Precision to fix our garage door that would not open. The technician was super especially since the door decided to open just when the tech was approaching the closed door. He checked everything, told us it could possibly be a circuit breaking going bad.... I would call on Precision for sure next time we are in need or when we decide to install a new door. Bill Adamini called because he had an earlier cancellation...he arrived within 10 minutes of his phone call & proceeded with an inspection of the faulty door opener When it was determined that it couldn't be fixed, due to its age, he offered to replace it. He quoted me what seemed to be a fair price & had a new door opener installed within an hour. We ultimately replaced both door openers and I now have a keypad also....the work was done quickly, the cleanup efficient. I like the idea of a lifetime guarantee. After I knocked my garage door off its track I thought I would be in for an expensive repair and have to take time off work to be home for it. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I called and the company said they could have someone to my home within the hour, on a Sunday no less, and there was no additional charge for weekends. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Paul telling me he was on his way. He arrived shortly after that, fixed my problem and had the door working, less than 2 hours after I initially called. That is what I call service and I highly recommend this company.
