Bill Adamini called because he had an earlier cancellation...he arrived within 10 minutes of his phone call & proceeded with an inspection of the faulty door opener When it was determined that it couldn't be fixed, due to its age, he offered to replace it. He quoted me what seemed to be a fair price & had a new door opener installed within an hour. We ultimately replaced both door openers and I now have a keypad also....the work was done quickly, the cleanup efficient. I like the idea of a lifetime guarantee. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks so much

The technician, Paul, gave me a courtesy call when he was 15 minutes away which was right around the time they were supposed to send someone. After I knocked my garage door off its track I thought I would be in for an expensive repair and have to take time off work to be home for it. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I called and the company said they could have someone to my home within the hour, on a Sunday no less, and there was no additional charge for weekends. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Paul telling me he was on his way. He arrived shortly after that, fixed my problem and had the door working, less than 2 hours after I initially called. That is what I call service and I highly recommend this company.

Anthony did a great job in promptly replacing the broken spring coils in my garage door opener and lubing the hinges. I was driving and noticed a Precision truck...I called the number on the side, told them what I needed and had an appointment the very next day. One of the owners himself called me to make sure that all my needs will be met. They sent Matt out to supply me with 2 garage door openers and look over my current unit. I have a unit that is over 15 years old and I am sure will need to be replaced sometime soon. Matt was informational, thorough, and professional. He shared with me what my options will be when it is time to replace the old unit and reassured me that they will be here for all my further needs.
