We were very satisfied with our service. Ryan made sure to call ahead and confirm his arrival time. He showed up right when he said he would. I was very impressed how quickly Ryan was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution that worked with our budget. He performed the work within 90 minutes as promised. I am going to wait to give you my review, as I'm not 100% sure yet. Matt was great. BUT, he was here on Tuesday it is now Friday and after emailing your company and calling I still have NOT received my invoice which I was supposed to get the day of service. The email works because I got my appt. confirmation,this feedback email and an automated email. Although this may seem trite it is now bordering on irritating. After spending nearly $1,400, I feel a receipt would be nice for my records. So far the door is working great and I hope to send in a 5 star review for your technicians' sake.

Matt called to come early. He explained my options clearly and professionally. He did a complete rebuild and installed a new opener. He worked efficiently and quickly and cleaned up. Good representative for the company. My door screwed up at 8:30 am on a Saturday and by 2:30 the same day the job was done.

First of all I was able to get next day appointment. On day of appointment I was called and asked if they could come earlier, Yea! Ryan was very polite, easy to understand and thorough. The spring replacement included adjustments to my door that I did not know I needed. I no longer hear the wind howling through the door. Being able to see pictures and names of the technicians on line was a nice touch. Great experience!

Precision was able to come on the day I requested service. Our old garage door opener was about 12 to 15 years old and the circuit board went. Matt explained everything to us and we went with a LiftMaster garage door opener.

I was so please that Precision Door for a few reasons... 1) someone answer their phone when I called late Saturday afternoon. Calls to other companies were answered by answering services and was told someone would get back with me next day. 2) there was no extra charges for nights and weekends. 3) I was able to get an appointment Sunday morning. 4) The technician call Sunday morning to let me know he was on his way was very helpful. 5) The technician who called and serviced the door was refreshingly polite. What a great way to start one's day. He was very thorough with my choices of repair. The service was done quickly and no mess left behind. The door operates so smoothly and quietly now. Thank you, Ryan for quality service and being so polite.

Selected Precision from Angie's List. New steel door installed in one day. Very lightweight and easy to lift. I have a very old garage that is slightly leaning. Precision came out again a few days later when I called to make adjustments. I found them very responsive and easy to deal with.

Very quick response time after I called. Both Bill and Duane made the repair fast and easy. They offered an upgraded package at a special rate but were not pushy when I declined. Both acted professionally and I was very happy to have my garage door working within about an hour or two. They even made sure all of the hinges and wheels were moving smoothly. Thank you :)

Tech did not leave an invoice, parts are much too expensive springs by 3 times, and the need for an additional part required [center bearing by 5 times] was not discussed in during appointment conversation. Tech Service rate fair and work satisfactory. I would not recommond them.

Knowledgable, prompt, hard working and friendly! Our technician, Bill, was excellent all around! Our garage door was broken. Bill fixed our door with a temporary clamp so I could "get by" for 2 weeks until the new door arrived. He did this without my order and did it to be nice and helpful. Truly appreciate good workers and good products. Precision Door and Bill are 5 stars.
