I was driving and noticed a Precision truck...I called the number on the side, told them what I needed and had an appointment the very next day. One of the owners himself called me to make sure that all my needs will be met. They sent Matt out to supply me with 2 garage door openers and look over my current unit. I have a unit that is over 15 years old and I am sure will need to be replaced sometime soon. Matt was informational, thorough, and professional. He shared with me what my options will be when it is time to replace the old unit and reassured me that they will be here for all my further needs. Bill fixed our door with a temporary clamp so I could "get by" for 2 weeks until the new door arrived. He did this without my order and did it to be nice and helpful. I am going to wait to give you my review, as I'm not 100% sure yet. Matt was great. BUT, he was here on Tuesday it is now Friday and after emailing your company and calling I still have NOT received my invoice which I was supposed to get the day of service. The email works because I got my appt. confirmation,this feedback email and an automated email. Although this may seem trite it is now bordering on irritating. After spending nearly $1,400, I feel a receipt would be nice for my records. So far the door is working great and I hope to send in a 5 star review for your technicians' sake.

Matt called to come early. He explained my options clearly and professionally. He did a complete rebuild and installed a new opener. He worked efficiently and quickly and cleaned up. Good representative for the company. My door screwed up at 8:30 am on a Saturday and by 2:30 the same day the job was done.
