Where do I start, your web page provided me with all I needed to know about the different garage door motors, how the whole garage system works. When Paul Broschk arrived at my home I already had a photo of him thanks again to your e-mail sent to me prior to his arrival. Let me just say I hate spending money for repairs. I thought I was going to spend about $200.00 for a Spring replacement, but ended up spending more. Because of Paul taking his time to go over every part of my garage safety inspection and pointing out what was needed. I was given three options and went with the best option. My family safety is very important to me. Paul was not just about the job, but he was very caring and knew his job. He cleaned up after himself and went over everything he replaced and its function. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and I thought for sure that I would have to wait until Monday to have it repaired. I immediately looked in the Yellow Pages to locate a repair company that I felt I could trust to do a good job. I was surprised to see that Precision did not charge extra for weekend repairs and they even offered a discount on the service call. I contacted them and they were able to schedule service for me the next day (Sunday). Once the appointment was booked they emailed me a confirmation with the name and a picture of the serviceman that would be doing the repair. I happy that they would give me the name and a picture of the technician that would be coming to my home the next day. I was very impressed with the service that Bill Adamini gave me. He diagnosed my problem within minutes showing me not only that my spring needed to be replaced, but he also pointed out concerns he had for future problems I will encounter. He reviewed my options and answered all my questions before I decided on the items that I decided to have him replace. He serviced and replaced everything that I needed.
