First of all I was able to get next day appointment. On day of appointment I was called and asked if they could come earlier, Yea! Ryan was very polite, easy to understand and thorough. The spring replacement included adjustments to my door that I did not know I needed. I no longer hear the wind howling through the door. Being able to see pictures and names of the technicians on line was a nice touch. Great experience!

Precision was able to come on the day I requested service. Our old garage door opener was about 12 to 15 years old and the circuit board went. Matt explained everything to us and we went with a LiftMaster garage door opener.

I was so please that Precision Door for a few reasons... 1) someone answer their phone when I called late Saturday afternoon. Calls to other companies were answered by answering services and was told someone would get back with me next day. 2) there was no extra charges for nights and weekends. 3) I was able to get an appointment Sunday morning. 4) The technician call Sunday morning to let me know he was on his way was very helpful. 5) The technician who called and serviced the door was refreshingly polite. What a great way to start one's day. He was very thorough with my choices of repair. The service was done quickly and no mess left behind. The door operates so smoothly and quietly now. Thank you, Ryan for quality service and being so polite.

Selected Precision from Angie's List. New steel door installed in one day. Very lightweight and easy to lift. I have a very old garage that is slightly leaning. Precision came out again a few days later when I called to make adjustments. I found them very responsive and easy to deal with.

Service was excellent it was just a phone call Al Fleming (Technician) was there the next day first thing in the morning took care of the problem and even did not charge for the house call, my family is very happy with their performance, Even Jim (owner) called and ask the problem it was very nice. Very quick response time after I called. Both Bill and Duane made the repair fast and easy. They offered an upgraded package at a special rate but were not pushy when I declined. Both acted professionally and I was very happy to have my garage door working within about an hour or two. They even made sure all of the hinges and wheels were moving smoothly. Thank you :)

Tech did not leave an invoice, parts are much too expensive springs by 3 times, and the need for an additional part required [center bearing by 5 times] was not discussed in during appointment conversation. Tech Service rate fair and work satisfactory. I would not recommond them.

Matt was very professional at his job he helped me when i told him I was interested in purchasing an opener.He told me of the difference between chain and belt drive.I purchased on angie's list the door tuneup.Matt did both jobs for me in about 2hrs.He cleaned up after he was done [no little screws on floor].Precision was very quick in responding,I called on Monday they were out on Tuesday.Thank you for a job well done.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, "Eric Kirby", my service techincian, was extremely professional and kind. My wife and I were pleased dealing with him. However, I was a little sad that we had to pay over $700 to get my truck out and have our garage door repaired. Times are tough. But, I am grateful that Eric was able to repair our garage door quickly, and we could get our truck out. I believe that Eric repaired the door so that it will operate effectively for many years to come. My wife and I are tried of having to have the door be fixed by so many "local garge door companies" using poor, inexpensive parts which eventually break down. Hopefully, this will be the last time that we have to have the door repaired. I would highly recommend your company. Your company is honest and professional. Matt was terrific! Two days before we were hosting a big family event at our home, our garage door finally gave out. It was stuck open at a precarious angle. Matt came out straight away, assessed the situation, and assured us he would be out the next day to install a new door. No pushy sales pitch -- just a great conversation and a solution to our problem! Matt worked late on a Friday evening to get the job done! What a champ! Professional, courteous, and fast. Based on this experience -- both with the appointment scheduler and Matt -- I wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend Precision!

Matt called to come early. He explained my options clearly and professionally. He did a complete rebuild and installed a new opener. He worked efficiently and quickly and cleaned up. Good representative for the company. My door screwed up at 8:30 am on a Saturday and by 2:30 the same day the job was done.
