Paul was very courteous, called and showed up on time. He explained what needed to be done and why before starting to work. Completed the job very quickly even in the heat and Humidity. Made sure everything was working properly before he left. Even made some adjustments on the door opener to make it run more smoothly. Cleaned up the area even better than before he arrived. Contacted the company Saturday evening when our garage door wouldn’t open. Offered to come out on Sunday but it wasn’t a good time for us. Paul was here first thing Monday morning and took care of the repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Maybe q bit pricey but great service.

I was having problems with my garage door opener. The door would go up using the keypad but not down. The service technician, Paul, arrived punctually. He was friendly, polite and very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced two sensors and the keypad. He also made recommendations to replace the springs and rollers, though not urgent. I will follow up on that in the near future. This was my first time using Precision Door, and I was very impressed by the quality of the service I received. This is an excellent company that stands on its word. I will definitely use them in the future and can recommend Precision Door to others.

Great service. Originally called for repair of broken torsion spring. The technician,Paul, arrived promptly the next morning and quickly assessed the situation. He explained the benefits of a complete overhaul including lifetime warranty of parts. He’s obviously very knowledgeable, but there was never any pressure. I was very pleased overhaul was completed in about one hour including cleanup. I would highly recommend this company.

Our garage door needed immediate repair, as it was stuck halfway, not opening or closing. Upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, they were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours! The technician, Paul Broschk, arrive right on the time, and thoroughly explained exactly what was needed to be done, and some alternatives. He installed a new garage door opener, keypad, and new rollers, and lubricated the bearings, etc. Paul made sure my keypad and the integrated opener in my car worked properly, and did all of this in a timely manner. The technician (Paul) arrived promptly within the parameters of scheduled appointment. He was friendly courteous and very knowledgeable, I explained my concerns and he recommended new springs which I agreed with. The time that it took him to make the repairs was remarkable and I was pleased with the end results . We also talked about putting a opener on the door and he made some recommendations which are under consideration . So when I am ready to get the door opener I will definitely call on precision again I am very pleased with their work.
