Contacted the company Saturday evening when our garage door wouldn’t open. Offered to come out on Sunday but it wasn’t a good time for us. Paul was here first thing Monday morning and took care of the repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Maybe q bit pricey but great service.

I was having problems with my garage door opener. The door would go up using the keypad but not down. The service technician, Paul, arrived punctually. He was friendly, polite and very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced two sensors and the keypad. He also made recommendations to replace the springs and rollers, though not urgent. I will follow up on that in the near future. This was my first time using Precision Door, and I was very impressed by the quality of the service I received. This is an excellent company that stands on its word. I will definitely use them in the future and can recommend Precision Door to others.

Great service. Originally called for repair of broken torsion spring. The technician,Paul, arrived promptly the next morning and quickly assessed the situation. He explained the benefits of a complete overhaul including lifetime warranty of parts. He’s obviously very knowledgeable, but there was never any pressure. I was very pleased overhaul was completed in about one hour including cleanup. I would highly recommend this company.

Our garage door needed immediate repair, as it was stuck halfway, not opening or closing. Upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, they were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours! The technician, Paul Broschk, arrive right on the time, and thoroughly explained exactly what was needed to be done, and some alternatives. He installed a new garage door opener, keypad, and new rollers, and lubricated the bearings, etc. Paul made sure my keypad and the integrated opener in my car worked properly, and did all of this in a timely manner. Paul arrived as promised and did a complete inspection of not only the damaged cable but check the condition of the entire door system. He offered me repair estimates based on the inspection. I chose to get a complete rebuild of the system. He even invited me to watch the repair job being done. Door sounds better now than it has in years. My garage door spring and cabling unexpectedly snapped and broke. I Googled "garage door repair" and saw that Precision was a local company. I gave them a call and spoke to a representative right away. She was extremely professional. She was able to dispatch my call immediately for same day service. Paul was a total pro... Showed up on time, took the time to explain what was going on, and fixed our garage quickly! He gave me some maintenance tips, too. Garage works better now than when we moved in! Also wanted to say how pleased I am with the whole experience I had with Precision. Our garage was in such bad shape that it couldn't even be opened manually. I called on Sunday afternoon. They were able to schedule service for Monday morning, and Paul fixed it before lunch.

Your technician Paul arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue which was and took care of it promptly. This is his second time at my home and he has always been conscientious and done a great job! I wouldn’t think of calling anyone but Precision in the future!
