Very excellent service!! The information. I received about my options about a new garage door machine and setup was great. I also couldn’t believe how quickly all the quality work was done. I love my new opener completely with the bright LED light..the motion detector that turns the light on and the the key pad that allows for keyless entry. I’m very happy with my service and purchase. Staff was also very polite!

Our garage door broke early morning. Precision was able to come on the same day at the time promised. The service technician, Greg, was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. Called Precision to repair my garage door which was knocked off track. This is my second time using the company. It was easy and efficient to set up the appointment, they responded quickly and did a great job repairing my garage door. The Tech was professional, friendly and competent. Good Day, Very unhappy with your quoting process for garage door openers. I informed the representative who placed the order that the garage had 2 single doors. The representative only quoted 1 garage door opener, including 2 remotes, battery backup and keypad & tech visit charge. Imagine our surprise when the tech showed up to install and he said we needed 2 garage door openers. Apparently, one garage opener can not open 2 single garage doors, which makes sense, but I was never informed of that information from the representative who provided me the quote. As a result and based on the quote the representative provided on the phone, we downgraded from 1 belt driven opener to 2 chain garage door openers. Very misleading and a huge disappointment. Our company will not recommend nor do business with you guys again.

Tech arrived on time, price very expensive. Tech did not do (25 point inspection) as soon as he left I closed the door the garage door motor blew up, (coincidence) could be. Offered to sell me a new opener for $655 which seems high. Had to call tech Back the next day because tension springs were uneven which he should of noticed 1st time around. When he did come back he wanted to charge me $110 to replace it. Was not comfortable with this company.

Hi, the technician was wonderful. The problem was not solved today. I still do not know what caused the garage door to start bending or bowing in the center. I had no problems with the door before this started happening. The technician was not really able to test my garage door opener to see if it was functioning properly, because he did not want to damage the door any further which I understood. Therefore. he was not really able to tell me what caused the the problem.

Had a very bad experience with another company that left my garage door still broken. I called Precision mid afternoon not expecting to get a technician same day. In less than 10 min I was checked in with a technician scheduled in a few hours! Greg called me back within 5 minutes and was able to make it sooner than scheduled. Outstanding no pressure service from Greg, laying out the options to make the repair and even pointed out a few things that should be done in the near future. Replaced both door springs very quick and the door worked better than before the spring broke! Greg even spent a few extra minutes to help solve a problem with the keypad. Top notch technician.
