Called on Monday morning around 8AM and the service man called at 9AM and was at our house by 9:30AM. GREAT service - replaced the broken springs, cleaned up and was out the door in an hour. Sorry, don't remember his name, but he was super friendly explained everything he was going to do, along with the charges that would be incurred to get our approval before starting. Highly recommend this company!!

Called another Garage door company on Saturday to repair a broken Spring. The employee told me there would be a $350 extra charge to come out on the weekend and/or after hours. He said I could call on Monday morning at 8 AM to schedule service, but there was no guarantee they could come out on the same day because Monday's "are really busy". Sunday morning I searched the internet for another company and found Precision. Weekend and Evening appointments at no extra charge!! I called and the excellent receptionist scheduled me for service to arrive in less than 3 hours. My technician, Bill Adamini, was polite, professional, and did the job correctly, at a reasonable price! With so many bad experiences with sub-par businesses, it was refreshing to see a company like Precision. Many thanks and keep up the good work!! All companies should operate like yours!!

My Service Tech, Bill Adamini was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He quickly fixed the problem (sticking door), and then discovered that the door motor was faulty (showing its age since being installed in the mid 1970's -- not long after the Brady Bunch was being aired in Prime Time), prompting its replacement. I would also like to give a shout out to Tasha, who answered my original call. She was gracious, helpful, and displayed a good sense of humor. Professional repair! Promptly arrived within the scheduled window. Service person was professional in all work preformed and suggested maintenance that would help in the future. Glad they were able to accommodate on the weekend after I accidentally damaged one of the door tracks and could not close the garage door. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

You guys came through for me again. I don't remember the tech's name but we was helpful, professional and called to see if he could come earlier than originally planned. The door itself is shot and needs to be replaced so he took measurements and I said that come spring I'll be looking to you guys to install a new door.

I am absolutely thrilled with my technician Bill and his work today on our garage door! He replaced the motor on near side garage, which included the safety sensors, did a 25 -point inspection and showed me where the cable was worn, lubed all needed parts with silicone spray and we got two remotes plus an extra! To save another service call of course I asked him to replace the cable on that door that did not pass inspection. Bill also went the extra mile for me. I was at exercise class when he called. I just missed him by 5 minutes, thinking that a repairman wouldn't be on time. Bill came at 8:05! Got right to he work. Garage door was open of course. But since hubby was still in bed I asked if he wouldn't mind walking to side window and pounding on it since hubby did not have his 'ears" on he wouldn't hear Bill! But no luck. When I came back, tho, he was finishing up with no problem! I definitely recommend Bill and Precision Door for your garage doors!

Bill Adamini called and arrived for the appt early which was good. Showed me the broken spring and worn cable wires. Told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Finished in 1/2 hour. Lubed everything, fixed a wire and I think he even changed a light bulb. Great work! Thanks

Precision has good people and they stand behind their work. The garage opener they installed for me a couple of years ago was unfortunately fried by a power surge. They showed up promptly when I called and even discounted my service call to replace what had been broken. Very happy with the service!

Bill was great. Fast, efficient, friendly and positive. It's the follow up work when everything went sour. First of all they use a live answering service. These people have not been trained on how to work with Precision's customers and they don't identify themselves as an answering service so when they treat a customer badly, one assumes they're talking directly with Precision. Second, I had to wait to get the door fixed which means I couldn't use my garage. Lastly, the owner, Jim Boland, who's name is on an email stating how important customers are, does not return calls and doesn't deal with customers, I'm told. When I called a different phone number I spoke to Nick who repaired most of the damage from the post repair call. All in all, I would use Precision again but only because of Bill and knowing now how to circumvent the answering service.

Precision Door comes through when you need them. They do a thorough check of the garage door status, keep great records, and take care of what needs to be done. Matt was personable, knows what he is doing, and made repairs quickly and efficiently. It is a pleasure working with Precision Door! I would definitely recommend them for all garage repair needs. Precision Door is at the top of their game in service, professionalism, responsiveness, and pricing. It is a very pleasant surprise given other service providers and contractors today. My call was immediately answered on a Saturday and an appointment was set that fit our schedule for the next day. The technician, Bill Adamini, called ahead of time. He was about 30 minutes and available when we were ready. He fixed the issue for the original call, identified several minor other ongoing points to tighten up performance, gave ongoing self-maintenance recommendations, and was still completed in less than an hour. All during this time, he was exceptionally pleasant to our family and personable. Excellent service (something I don't get to say often enough, nowadays)! I will call Precision any time an issue arises.

Precision Door Service of Cleveland was a pleasure to work with from the moment I contacted them. I was surprised to see they were open on a Sunday, so I gave them a call on Sunday morning figuring I wouldn't get a technician out to our home for a few days. They were able to schedule a technician that same day to come out to look at our garage door opener issue. I received a call from Bill Adamini about a half-hour before our scheduled time. He just finished a job on the eastside and had another job scheduled after ours back on the eastside. We live on the far, far westside and he asked if he could do the job after ours first and then come out our way. That was no problem and in fact, it was much better for our schedule. Again, I was just happy that had someone could come out on a Sunday and I didn't need to adjust my work schedule during the week to be home. About a half-hour before our reschedule time Bill called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he assessed our garage door opener issue and gave us several options. He was very professional, friendly and got the job done in about an hour. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Bill and all that he had done. Bill cleaned up, went over all the details on the new garage door opener he installed. He had me step through all the new options we had and he was on his way. My wife and I are very pleased with our new, extremely quiet garage door opener. It has a few new bells and whistles that our old opener didn't have, which were nice additions. We purchased the 8550 Liftmaster. Our dog was also pleased with Bill too because Bill had some milk bone dog biscuits for him in his truck. Bill made a new friend. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

When my garage door wouldn't close I was frantic! It was Sunday, no one else was home and I had no idea where to turn. "Go to the yellow pages" a little voice told me, and a few minutes later I was on the phone to the one that looked the most reliable. And was it ever!! From the initial conversation with the helpful secretary on the phone to the time the door was repaired and in use it was only a few hours. The technician, Bill Adamini, saw the problem immediately and had the tools to repair the broken cable. We discussed the rusting on the lower panel of the door and he assured me it didn't mean replacing the whole door, just that panel. I asked him to put in the order and the next day he returned to take care of that. He had it completed in less than an hour!! It is so reassuring to have such a wonderful experience as this. My call taker was quick and courteous. He got my info correct the first time I said it! Bill, the tech, was even earlier than was scheduled the day I called. (The problem occurred on Sunday ) He immediately got on the problem repairing the door's broken spring. He was courteous, told me what had to be done, gave me the fee up front and fixed the problem in no time.

The same day service was excellent. I had Bill on site within an Hr. Bill's knowledge was over the top. He has the experience which made me feel very comfortable with him working on my garage door. We are also in the service business and it is very refreshing to have someone that is truly interested in their job and performs as a true Professional. Has great customer care skills. My rating above 5.
