My assigned tech was Bill Adamini. Bill was extremely courteous, patient, efficient, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue right away on the one door I was having issues with... but he also went above and beyond to true up both doors that I own. He made sure travel, spacing, lubrication, and safety functions were all in order. I couldn't ask for a better experience considering I had never used Precision Door before. My experience with precision door was excellent from the woman who answered the phone she was compassionate with my issue and scheduled me for the next possible appointment! My technician Bill called as he was on his way and arrived on time explained everything that needed to be done and why. Within 25 min my garage door was working and looked great!! Bill was thorough and very helpful. At his suggestion, I replaced the surge protector for the opener, and will monitor it to see if resolves the problem. If that resolve it, Bill already has a plan to address it. Thank you for your response. Great company, great service.
