On May 26, 2021, i had SWEETHAVEN DOORS & MORE come out to fix my garage door. They charged me $200 and the door was still not fixed. I called PRECISION DOOR SERVICE and they came out on the same day that i called them, July 7. BILL ADAMINI, Certified Technician, came out and REALLY fixed my door. He was so professional. Bill was awesome, and right on time. Even called to let me know he was on his way. Service was super fast and efficient, he never tried to up sell me on parts I didn't need. He noticed a bad cable during his inspection and replaced it immediately. 5 year warranty on parts parts labor just can't be beat! Lifetime customer right here. This was my first experience with Precision Door and I was really pleased with every aspect. I called on a Saturday and got to talk to a real person. A service call was scheduled for the following day, a Sunday! The technician called to say he was on his way and when he arrived he was courteous and professional. He solved the problem by replacing the old, defective eye sensors and then tested the installation. As a courtesy he lubricated the door hinges which were noisier than they should be. A nice touch! The service was great and the cost was fair. What more could you ask for! I’ve already recommended Precision Door to my daughter and to two friends.

We had an issue with our garage door and another provider had given us an estimate and said there was no way to fix it without replacing the entire door. Bill came from Precison, explained it was not hard to fix, gave me an exact quote at the time of the visit, and took care of it right then and there. He walked me through what he did and why. The customer service was excellent - and he had my garage door running again in around an hour. Job well done.

I had called Precision Door several years ago to fix a broken door spring. Bill Adamini was the tech, and he reviewed the situation, offered some options, and I elected to convert to a torsion system. Bill had everything needed on his truck, and completed the work in excellent fashion. So when I needed to replace the garage door opener, I called Precision again. I was pleased that Bill was assigned as the tech again. Today Bill arrived somewhat early (after calling), completed install rapidly and did his usual excellent job. Cleaned up all extraneous parts and materials and took away all packaging, old unit, everything not needed. New unit is very quiet, and has operated flawlessly to this point.

Your technician Bill came out to replace a broken garage spring a year or two ago. His work ethic was impressive so when I needed to replace the door opener I requested him again. On Tuesday, I called the office asking for a service call appointment to repair loud noises when our garage door opens and closes. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get an appointment the next day or the following day between 8-10 AM. I chose the Thursday. The serviceman, Bill, called at 8:00 AM to let us know he was on the way. At first he had a hard time diagnosing the problem, but he continued to investigate all options and finally identified the problem. He fixed the problem and before leaving he explained the several steps he took to fix the problem. We also appreciated the fact that Bill offered a few suggestions that we could do to keep the noise from returning. Bill was pleasant and thorough and we really appreciated his dedication to figuring out the problem and fixing it. We are very satisfied and pleased with Bill and the work he performed for us. We had Bill come out and replace a broken door spring at our new house. Turns out the spring was so old he would have to replace the whole thing since they aren't made that way anymore. He provided me with more than enough information about how it's outdated and how the new springs work along with an estimate on just a whole new door. I just got the springs replaced this time, but if anything ever happens again you bet I'll be calling Bill and Precision Garage door again.

I called Precision Door to get an estimate on replacing my garage door opener. I needed the whole shebang, motor, remotes, keypad, etc. The tech came out, explained all my options, and when I asked about scheduling, said he could do it on the spot. I was super excited since I was starting a new job and trying to cram in a bunch of home projects, so it saved me a ton of hassle.
