Most of the time, I take my garage door opener for granted. BIG MISTAKE when it doesn't work!! Precision Overhead Garage Door-Cleveland to the rescue!! Of course it was 5 PM on a Friday when I needed help! No problem! Dakota of the toll-free customer service line was incredibly helpful and polite and the appointment was quickly scheduled ON A SUNDAY! No extra weekend surcharge! I couldn't have asked for any better attention than was given by Bill, the technician. Totally communicative, personable and professional. I am grateful that I chose to have called Precision to initially install the opener years ago and to repair it when it needed it! No competition, hands down!

After experiencing a mishap with our garage door late on a Saturday evening, I was amazed to call Precision Door at 9:15 on a Sunday morning and have a person answer the phone. He took my info, scheduled a service call for later that same day, and followed up with an e-mail confirming our appointment. The technician, Bill Adamini, showed up ahead of schedule and got our garage door repaired very quickly. Overall, a fantastic customer service experience. Bill just came out to replace the garage door spring. He did an awesome job and explained everything about the spring. In doing so, he noticed the cable on one side was frayed, not a good thing. It would have meant another service call soon. We saw the problem and had him replace BOTH cables. In June we had a "fly by night" person replace one cable, It was thinner and he charged twice as much for that cable. In fact the spring AND 2 cables came to only $60 more than the previous person. We highly recommend Precision. Give them a try, you will be very happy with the service call.

My garage door broke at 8PM. After I realized I couldn't fix it myself I called precision around 9PM to schedule an appointment for the following morning. The next day my tech (William) called me to confirm the date/time and even came early. I couldn't have been more pleased with his ability to fix my problem but also walk me through the process/the issue/the reinstall/etc. I was referred to Precision from my brother. This company is awesome. Our garage went down with a loud bang late at night on a Sunday (of course it did!). We found an ad that said you could call the number and actually talk to someone. I wasn’t very optimistic, but indeed Kim answered the phone. She got me scheduled right away. Bill called and introduced himself when he was on the way. He was clean, efficient, and professional. This company is a breath of fresh air.

Precision door did a great job! They were very professional, kind and courteous on the phone as well as the repairman. They responded promptly with same day service!!! The repairman was not pushy at all about buying 2 springs, not just the broken one. He did explain very nicely how buying 2 springs comes with a 5 year warranty, not just 1 year for 1 spring because of the uneven stress the older spring puts on the new spring. I bought both springs and have a 5 year warranty. Very pleased with their service!
