Today (1/22/16) Anthony Wise arrived right on schedule and worked during very cold weather conditions. We discussed all the options for improving the system in our new home and we chose a programmable one. Anthony was very polite and knowledgeable and answered my MANY questions about how the system works. I was also glad when he told me that Precision offers 24 hour service. Anthony was the repair technician that worked on my garage door. After his assessment of the garage door he gave me the choice of three different costs to choose from. He was very professional. He was very efficient in the installation of the garage door opener and taking care of all the other repairs that the door needed. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone I know that needs work on their garage door. I am very pleased with the work that Anthony did and would give him five stars. I was referred to Precision by a friend and I'm glad she did. They were quick to answer and make sure that I got an appointment right away. Anthony the person assigned to do the job was not only on time, she also called before arrival. He mediately assess my situation and gave me numerous options that I can choose according to my budget at the time. He was very professional and ensured that the area was clean before he left. Before leaving he explain all the repairs and had me test the door to ensure that I was pleased with the repair. Please note that Anthony was the technician who performed the garage repair on Monday, June 1. He arrived promptly and reviewed the current problem making it necessary to open and close the door manually. He installed new parts as shown on the invoice.
