I was referred to Precision by a friend and I'm glad she did. They were quick to answer and make sure that I got an appointment right away. Anthony the person assigned to do the job was not only on time, she also called before arrival. He mediately assess my situation and gave me numerous options that I can choose according to my budget at the time. He was very professional and ensured that the area was clean before he left. Before leaving he explain all the repairs and had me test the door to ensure that I was pleased with the repair. In addition he offered additional products and services that I could use to avoid any future problems but did not force any of them. He arrived promptly and reviewed the current problem making it necessary to open and close the door manually. He installed new parts as shown on the invoice. We knew there were some problems with the garage door from the sounds. I purchased a door inspection package from Angie's List and Anthony came to work on the door. We originally had the door installed by Precision 11 years ago and he had all the information. He looked the door over and recommended a lifetime warranty package to fix the springs, cables and other moving parts. Anthony worked efficiently and was done quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable. The door works beautifully.

Anthony was the repair technician that worked on my garage door. After his assessment of the garage door he gave me the choice of three different costs to choose from. He was very professional. He was very efficient in the installation of the garage door opener and taking care of all the other repairs that the door needed. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone I know that needs work on their garage door. I am very pleased with the work that Anthony did and would give him five stars.
