Bill arrived ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem. Due to the age of some of the parts, the job became more complex than originally thought. He fully explained the options for the repair. He worked with his supervisor to find an optimal solution to the problem, and actually discounted some of the parts needed for an ideal repair. He persisted in his efforts to precisely balance the door, even to the point of disassembling the repair to install a different spring to achieve an ideal result. Give the one gal a little training in speaking out clearly and promptly. Your office people are excellent. I haven't had the door installed yet so don't have an evaluation for that.
