Your Technician, Will, came out to give us an estimate on a new garage door. He was punctual, careful, considerate, and knowledgeable. He took the time to find out out about the problems with the old door and proceeded to suggest a new door that exactly suites our needs. We look forward to the new door and believe Precision deserves its 5 star rating. To clarify, the service performed was an estimate on a garage door, not installation! An order was placed for the door.

Very pleased with the work performed. Your technician was very courteous and prompt and the work was performed in a timely manner. I did however feel the amount charged was a bit high. YP ad caught my eye. Motivated by 'Sunday service', expected quality service based on general layout and info in ad. Called for app't. Later, went to website and was very impressed with # & quality of reviews as well as pics. (Drug testing & background cks not so important -- just expect good technicians based on reviews.) Bill was superb in explaining, listening, and work. Very pleased with results. (New springs, rollers, cables,bearings, drums installed expertly.) Rating = 5.

Our garage spring failed on a Sunday. We called Precision and they were able to send out a technician that same day. The technician, Bill Adamini, called and told he would be on his way shortly. He gave us options on the repair. He was knowledgeable and rebuilt the entire system to include pulleys, bearings, cables, rollers and springs on our door in about an hour. Our door has never sounded as quiet. Very well please with the service provided by Precision and Bill Adamini. 5 Stars.

I called Precision Garage Door when the original pulley & cable system on my attached garage (from my 50-year old home) let go. The company's Web site, by introducing its staff, made me feel comfortable about the decision to make the appointment. Our techician, Bill Adamini, was professional, courteous, and very approachable. He answered all questions, provided additional info, efficiently installed new equipment needed and cleaned up thoroughtly afterward. My son and I were very pleased with the result and felt that we had met a new friend.

The service tech today was Paul Broschk and he did a fantastic job of getting my garage doors operating the way they should have when our house was built 11 years ago. He replaced the broken Genie with a 8550 LIftmaster opener which is unbelievable compared to the Genie. He replaced springs on both doors, cables and other hardware and installed a digital opener and an outside keypad. It came with a life time guarantee. Even a battery back up for the opener if there should be a power failure and you want to get in or out of the garage. Great experience. I bought cheaper in the past and this is the 3rd time someone has had to come to a fairly newer house. The almost commercial quality of these products allows me to believe I won't have to worry about the garage doors functioning for a very long time. I highly recommend Precision - especially Paul.

I chose Precision because after a few phone calls they were the only ones able to come out on the same day I called. My garage needed repaired (multiple problems) and it was well beyond repair for someone who did not know what they were doing. The professional (Will) called me 20 minutes before he came out (which is appreciated) and was on time from what I was told over the phone when I made the appointment. He was very pleasant, honest and professional. They gave me a fair price and the work was done that day and it works as if it was new now. Highly recomended to anyone in need of repairs to their garage door. Thank you for your help!

Zoran Jovanovich was the technician that came to fix my garage door. He was on time and very courteous. He described what the problem was, what needed to be done, and the cost.
