Tom arrived exactly on time for our scheduled appointment. He diagnosed my problem very quickly, followed up by his recommendation for repair/replacement. The technician was professional, showing me what needed to be done to correct our problem, and what he would recommend from his overall checking. he gave me time to call my husband so he could talk with him. The technican's name I believe, began with an E, but he was wearing a shirt with "Brian" on it. He explained the reason for it. I hope that has been resolved. He cleaned up after he finished (which did not take as long as I expected) and showed me everything he replaced, explaining how often the parts should be lubricated. He did not show the old parts taht he had removed, and I did not think to ask to see them.
