Called office and they called back right away, tried to trouble shoot over the phone, and offered same day service. They came out next day, on time. Explained what was wrong and kindly spoke to the home warranty service and my husband as well. Rebuilt the door same day. Didn't know it could be so quiet or move so smooth!

I was pleased with the prompt sevice. I do however think the price was a bit high. also have an issue with the batteries I recieved with the openers: One was no good in just 2 days after purchase and the other the other one 4 days after purchase. I suggest you test them before using.I would make life easier.

I had a broken torsion spring, but the entire door was in bad shape. Paul was my initial technician. He gave me a full assessment of what was broken and how bad the other parts were. We shifted to a complete replacement as I would have just been putting off the inevitable. Paul showed me the options and within minutes, we had the new door ordered and an appointment scheduled. Ryan came in at the appointed time, pulled the old door out, and had the new door installed. He cleaned up the space and tested everything to my satisfaction. An excellent job by both technicians.

I called the emergency number for Precision Garage Door at about 4am on a Sunday to say that my garage door had been hit, broken, and was stuck half open, with my car trapped in the garage. By 8am on that same day, Paul arrived at my house and was able to get my car out of the garage and was also able to close the garage door completely to keep thieves and critters out until my new garage door arrives. He said it will be within the week that I get my new door! Talk about quick response time and service! I couldn't believe I got a service company to respond so quickly on a Sunday!!! I've used Precision before, and will always use them, recommend them, and sing their praises. The repairman who came to my house, Paul, was friendly, professional, and quite helpful when choosing a new garage door. (The old one could not be fixed due to having been hit so hard.) Paul also was able to calm me down because I was quite upset about the damage done to my home. (Side note: Paul is great with dogs! I really appreciate it when service workers don't expect me to lock my dogs away!) In the end, I wish no one had hit my garage door with their car, but since I couldn't undo the damage, I was beyond satisfied with the service provided by Precision Garage Door Service. 5 star rating!!!

Paul Broschk was the technician that came out to our home to install a new garage door opener. Before starting the job Paul inspected the garage door springs, rollers, pulleys, bearings and cables and found them all be worn from 45 years of use. Our Garage door spring broke on a day we needed to get our cars out for appointments my wife and I had that day. We called and got technician Paul Broschk. He explained all our options and why we needed them. There were many problems with the door , one spring instead of two, bad bearings on both ends with bad cables. I originally planned to have the Stanley garage opener repaired. Your technician, Paul Broschk, explained in detail, that repair was not possible, and recommended replacement. In addition his evaluation of the garage components, which were old and loose, also indicated replacement. Although I was not prepared to spend $1,100.00 at this time, his recommendation made good sense. After Paul completed the work, he went through the operation with me to insure everything worked properly.
