I highly recommend Precision, this company is highly professional, fair, and they know their stuff. I had an emergency situation with my garage door and didn't know who to call. After a quick internet search, I called Precision 3rd. Next time, they will be my first call. I had an appointment made for the next day and even received a confirmation email with the name and picture of my technician. Paul came out the next day, was extremely friendly and professional. He inspected the problem and clearly explained the problem and gave several solutions. I was very impressed by his work and this company as a whole. I'm happy to give Precision and Paul Broschk a 5 star rating. My 26 year-old garage door had multiple problems from rollers, to springs and the opener itself. Paul arrived earlier than promised and explained exactly what needed to be done. He did the work in the 2-1/2 hours he said it would take and explained to me and my wife exactly how to work everything. That door has never operated so quietly

A broken spring on our garage door is a horrible way to start the holiday season but a phone call and having Paul show up from Precision made my life a little easier. Paul was very upbeat for a cold morning. He did a very quick assessment and made some recommendations and said he will be done in an hour. He was done in less than an hour and walked me through everything he fixed, checked and lubed. He also gave me some tips on how to take care of the new system. I have a double garage and if the other spring breaks I will definitely give Precision a call! Quick, easy and friendly!

The chain came off of our mechanism and the door would only go down about half way. A technician, Paul, came within a couple of hours of our distress call. It was one of the coldest days of the winter. He examined the situation and explained our options. Our openers were 23 years old. After hearing his recommendations, we decided to go with new openers and asked him to proceed. He was very conscientious, neat and thorough.

Even my 15 year old son who is extremely hard to impress said Paul had one of the best personalities of any technician that had ever come to our house. I live in Parma and selected Precision due to their excellent ratings as well as their support for Operation Homefront. Technicians Paul Broschk and his Assistant Craig came to my home early within the four (4)-hr time frame. During their examination, they found things that I forgot to tell them that I thought was wrong with me garage door so I am confident they performed a very thorough examination. After the conclusion of the examination, Paul explained what was wrong and showed me three (3) repair plans he felt were appropriate. He was extremely professional and patient in explaining everything me. Upon completion of their work, Paul and Craig called me out to show me what they had done and to make sure the openers all worked. I am very pleased with the work performed, the expertise of my technicians as well as the professionalism and courtesy from everyone I dealt with at Precision. I would highly recommend them and will continue to deal with them when /if I have troubles in the future.

Our garage door broke in the morning, these guys were out here the same day, just hours later. Receptionist was very nice to speak with and she was able to schedule around my baby's nap. I called every door repair company in Lorain County, no one wanted to come out after 5pm. I called Precision, transferred me to the technician, told him my problem, he said he was on a job and could be there in around an hour. He arrived when he said, checked out the problem, suggested some other areas that might need attention, gave me a price, He went to work, within an hour was done, my door has never been better. It runs so quiet now I actually have to turn and look to see if it is closing. Outstanding service, Outstanding Technician. Nothing but the highest praises. You will regret calling anyone else!!!

Paul came to our house and quickly determined the cause of our garage door problem. He described the issues in detail and showed me different options and prices to fix the issues. We ended up going with a complete garage door rebuild and a new garage door opener as ours was about to the end of its life. It is amazing how much quieter the garage door is now with a new opener and all new rollers, bearings, and springs.
