Service call late Saturday night got service person to my house before 9 am Sunday. Prompt, courteous, fast and explained everything. My wife was to go to surgery the next day so we were really relieved. Said door panels were cracked, he would see if they were still available and could be replaced economically. Haven't gotten a quote yet, but that was only yesterday. They are top flight.

I really have no idea why I chose to call other than the ad was bigger than most in the phone book but boy am I glad I did. My garage door had been repaired twice for the same thing and I thought it was under warranty. When I called the last company that came out and they had no idea when I would hear from a technician that bothered me. Then the tech called and said he could not come out same day,even though my integral garage door would not close AND he advised me that my warranty had expired. I knew that I had to find someone else quickly. I think it was GOD's grace that led me to you guys. Al was great and knowledgable and very courteous. He explained what was wrong and more than one way he could make things right! He did not pressure me in any way and did the job expeditiously. He also gave me a written warranty so that I know exactly what I paid for! Hopefully I will never need my garage repaired again but if I do, I want Al to come back again!

Jeremiah arrived as scheduled, he even called ahead. Jeremiah brought to my attention some other (legitimate) issues which I was not aware of. He replaced two springs, broken cable drums, and the center bearing. Jeremiah did not badger me on some other mildly worn parts, he used his own ladder and tools, and completed the work surprisingly fast.

I called two other companies for estimates, and never received a phone call back, my husband had done business with Precision Door in the past and told me to call. I immediately got an appointment set and Al was the technician sent to my house. He was very nice and because of the wonderful e-mail that you guys sent me with the picture of the technician,I knew right away who he was.The appointment was on a Wednesday and by Friday afternoon i had a brand new garage door!I was so excited and the price was reasonable too! Thank You guys for the wonderful job performed and your prompt attention to getting the job done!

My garage door was destroyed by my landscaper with his plow while removing snow from my driveway on a Friday evening. I couldn't even get the door to close. The springs, cables and door was ruined. Brad came the very next morning and was able to make it open and close until my new garage door was installed. He installed my new door on Monday morning. He was fast and efficient. Brad is a huge asset to your company.

I called Precision Door late one evening because my garage door was hanging up and wouldn't close properly. Brad called the next day and we planned to meet that evening, if he had a garage door opener left at the end of the day. He was kind enough to save the last one for me and installed it when I returned home from work. He explained that he knew I needed to get to work in the morning and didn't want to take time from my job. The installation took about an hour, he explained how the remotes worked, and how to disengage the opener. Brad was an excellent technician. I would highly recommend Precision Door Services to anyone who needs help with their garage door. Thanks!

I am totally satisfied with the job Precision Door performed for me. I had an old wood door. I called Precision, the technician came out gave me a couple differant options. Eventually i decided i would replace the door. I am very pleased with my new door. The entire process took four days. Every one at Precision Door was courteous and proffesional.
