The previous owner of my home recommended Precision to me, so when I had trouble with my opener I gave them a call, and a technician was out the same day! Jeremiah was thoroughly knowledgable, skilled, and courteous. He explained the problem with my opener, repaired it, and explained that since it was an older model it might continue to have that problem and how I could fix it if needed. When instead I inquired about installing a new one, Jeremiah answered all my questions and was available to install a new opener on the spot! An hour later I had a beautiful new, modern, quiet, strong, smooth garage door opener with a lifetime warranty. Great service, great price, great product. I'm a happy customer and will keep calling on Precision!

Al was courteous and professional. He asked relevent questions and provided me with several options that met my needs. I opted for a total rebuild of both doors as the parts were all original and 80 years old. I was pleasantly surprised to find out my garage would be functional that same day. When our garage door unit burnt out, I expect a few days wait to get it fixed. Brad showed up within hours of my call and had the door fixed that day. He was courtesy and very knowledgeable.
