I was desperate to get the garage door opened after work one evening. I had been having many issues with car and had just started a new job. Your technician - Eric, arrived early and proceeded to work. The manual release was incorrectly installed and we had no choice but to please a hole in the door to access by hand. Dear sir I am "very" disappointed with the replacement of my garage door. I was told that my opener would be reconnected, it was not. I expected some provision to be able to diconnect the opener, if it were to fail, so I could open the door. There is only a small handle on the bottom of the door to open it manually.

The day we installed Mr. Watsons door he was not home. He had some expectations the installer was not aware of. Once we became aware that Mr. Watson was not happy we returned and took care of both of his concerns. Mr Watson is no longer "disappointed"

Called early morning and got a same day appointment. At first was hesitant given prior history with other companies but was pleasantly surprised when the Precision crew showed up on time. They were very friendly, and extremely knowledgable. I would recommend them to all who need garage door repairs.

The technician was very polite. However he did not have the equipment necessary to fix my gargage door and tried to sell me a garage door opener system instead. He said he would get back to me to schedule another appointment but I have yet to hear from him. Im starting to believe that he never intended to fix the lock on garage door and was trying to get a bigger sale. I do not want a system I just want to be able to lock my garage.

Mr. Watson was not home during our first visit so we returned on Friday and Mr Watson purchased a new door as his was in such poor condition repairing it reliably would not have been possible.

I called on a sunday and Eric was at my door within the hour to fix my broken garage door. Very professional and prompt servce. It cost me a little more than I expected but I am very happy with the job that was done.

Tom came out and took one look at the garage opener and informed me that it needed to be replaced with a better unit. He quickly installed the new unit while making it a nice & neat install. Tom was very professional and I would refer him to anyone needing a garage door system replaced.

The technician was professional, showing me what needed to be done to correct our problem, and what he would recommend from his overall checking. he gave me time to call my husband so he could talk with him. The technican's name I believe, began with an E, but he was wearing a shirt with "Brian" on it. He explained the reason for it. I hope that has been resolved. He cleaned up after he finished (which did not take as long as I expected) and showed me everything he replaced, explaining how often the parts should be lubricated. He did not show the old parts taht he had removed, and I did not think to ask to see them.
