We found the ad for Precision Garage Door in the Yellow Pages. We called several other companies that were not able to provide same day replacement of the coil on our garage door. Because the door was quite heavy, we decided to have a new door installed which was done several days later (due to the holiday). We are quite pleased with our new door and the professional and courteous manner of the technician who installed it. He cleaned up after the work was completed. When we drive into our driveway, we marvel at how attractive the door makes the house appear.

I would highly recommend Precision. Our garage door broke first thing one morning and we had no way to gain access from the inside. I called Precision and was greeted by a friendly voice who scheduled the repair call for that morning. The technician arrived well within the time frame I was given and was polite and professional. He was able to repair the door in record time and at a very fair price.

The previous owner of my home recommended Precision to me, so when I had trouble with my opener I gave them a call, and a technician was out the same day! Jeremiah was thoroughly knowledgable, skilled, and courteous. He explained the problem with my opener, repaired it, and explained that since it was an older model it might continue to have that problem and how I could fix it if needed. When instead I inquired about installing a new one, Jeremiah answered all my questions and was available to install a new opener on the spot! An hour later I had a beautiful new, modern, quiet, strong, smooth garage door opener with a lifetime warranty. Great service, great price, great product.
