The technician was professional, showing me what needed to be done to correct our problem, and what he would recommend from his overall checking. he gave me time to call my husband so he could talk with him. The technican's name I believe, began with an E, but he was wearing a shirt with "Brian" on it. He explained the reason for it. I hope that has been resolved. He cleaned up after he finished (which did not take as long as I expected) and showed me everything he replaced, explaining how often the parts should be lubricated. He did not show the old parts taht he had removed, and I did not think to ask to see them.

I purchased a "deal" through Angie's List to have the garage doors inspected and the rollers replaced. This was my first contact with Precision. When the technician came out to do the inspection, he talked to us about replacing the garage doors as they were very old and in bad shape. After giving us a price quote, we decided to go ahead and replace the doors. I felt comfortable with the estimate because I had looked into replacing the doors previously. I was comfortable with using Precision because the company is highly rated on Angie's List. Steve came back a few days later and replaced the doors, springs, rails, etc. He did a great job and I am very happy with the doors. I will recommend the company to others who may need garage door services.

Tom did a great job of fixing this door. He had to discover what was the problem and after he discovered that, HE FIXED IT. So far, its working fine and will call him again if something goes wronge.
