I chose your company from the yellow pages and what stood out to me was the same day service and 24 hour emergency service. Also your special rate and no extra charge for nights and weekends. I also liked the idea of a lifetime warranty. I also found your call back on the web very reassuring by telling and showing me what your trucks look like and also what the tech who was coming out looked like. My tech was Bill Adamini, and he was very good at his job and also showed how to disingage my garage door so I could lift it in the future. He went over all the parts that needed to be replaced and showed me the old parts so I could judge for myself as to how bad these parts were. He was able to easily answer each question I asked. He cleaned up all of his materials. He used his electronics for the receipt and billing with ease. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and I thought for sure that I would have to wait until Monday to have it repaired. I immediately looked in the Yellow Pages to locate a repair company that I felt I could trust to do a good job. I was surprised to see that Precision did not charge extra for weekend repairs and they even offered a discount on the service call. I contacted them and they were able to schedule service for me the next day (Sunday). Once the appointment was booked they emailed me a confirmation with the name and a picture of the serviceman that would be doing the repair. I happy that they would give me the name and a picture of the technician that would be coming to my home the next day. I was very impressed with the service that Bill Adamini gave me. He diagnosed my problem within minutes showing me not only that my spring needed to be replaced, but he also pointed out concerns he had for future problems I will encounter. He reviewed my options and answered all my questions before I decided on the items that I decided to have him replace. He serviced and replaced everything that I needed. He cleaned up and explained the lifetime guarantee that is offered by Precision on their parts and service. I am happy to recommend Precision to anyone that needs work done right the first time on their garage door repair needs. I'm impressed with the service! It's about 10 degrees outside this morning and yet your service tech (Bill) greeted me with a smile and was ready to work on repairing my garage door. He fixed the door and did a safety inspection. He pointed out a couple things that need to be taken care -- and he did this without a heavy sales pitch. I'll definitely call you again and recommend you to friends and family.
