Garage door would not close using remote or wall mounted pad. Called at about 0800 hours and was told technician would be out between 1000-1200 hours. Technician called at 1130 hours to advise he was 20 minutes away. When he arrived, I explained the problem and he knew right away that the electronic sensors were causing the problem. He repaired the wire on one, but the other was corroded beyond hope. He replaced the sensors and everything worked fine. Your technician was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. Can't ask for anything more from Precision or your technicians.

Because they are a local company and I found them online. a live person answered my call immediately and incredibly were able to come fix my garage door that same afternoon! they sent me an email right away with photo's of the technicians so I would know who to expect. My tech, Al, was very polite, flexible, professional, knowledgeable and timely. He called to confirm when he would be over, and arrived when expected. He explained everything to me in understandable terms ... which I appreciated. This is 5 star service for sure. thank you !!

Not only the spring but walked us through complete safety measures showing us that our safety was his primary concern and the need to replace the cables and rollers as well, and not only that but showing us the best possible plan to fit our budget. Al Fleming arrived within 40 minutes of my call. He was polite, personable and professional. Al showed me the problems and explained the cause in easily understandable terms. He replaced the cable and rollers on the garage door followed by checking for door leveling. I was very pleased with him and his work on my garage door. I will definitely call back Precision for any other work on the door, and, hopefully I can request Al to do the work.

My garage door broke and I checked with another company and their service call was very expensive. I checked with a friend and asked for his recommendation and he gave me two and I called Precision. The service call was way cheaper than the other company, so I scheduled a repair. Al was very helpful (and patient) with giving me quotes for service. The service was very fast, friendly and professional. I had the opener repaired and springs replaced.

I was in a bind. When a winter storm was about to hit my area and my garage door broke. I had been seeing commercials for PDS and called them at 5PM on a Friday. They came out the next morning, promptly. Mr Fleming was professional and courteous. Within 20 minutes the work to my garage door was completed. My technician, Bill Adamini, was fantastic. He knew exactly how to diagnose the problem I was having with my garage door opener, and he did it in a quick, efficient manner. He was very personable and helpful. He gave me his personal cell phone number just in case I had another issue, which I did, and he came right back to help out. He even brought in my trash cans as he was leaving!
