All is a model employee. He evaluated my broken garage door opener and gave me several recommendations. He worked very diligently replacing the mechanism. I checked on him several times because it was very cold and, eventually dark outside. He would always give a big smile and say he was doing just fine and keeping warm. No doubt in my mind a five star rating.The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable of his job,and took the time to explain the computer system so I could get my garage door open!I wish that you would be able to check off more then one choice because I had two services done.Install garage door opener and rollers with all the hardware that goes with it. Also the amount of time it took for the technician to finish the job was shorter then I thought it would be.Great job on all of the people that helped set up my my appointment to the person installing the product!

Talk about service! I called at 9:20a.m. to place a service call. We set up a time betweeen 10-12 same day! At 9:33a.m. the technician called to say he was on his way! Wow! Mr. Al Fleming gave me his professional and personal opinion on what would be best for my house abd budget. He was great! I ordered a new garage door and LiftMaster opener! My technician, Bill Adamini, was fantastic. He knew exactly how to diagnose the problem I was having with my garage door opener, and he did it in a quick, efficient manner. He was very personable and helpful. He gave me his personal cell phone number just in case I had another issue, which I did, and he came right back to help out. He even brought in my trash cans as he was leaving!
