They were the only company able to find springs that would work for our 80 year old garage door. They came same day and always at the time they said that would. Amazing, that within 90 minute of my emergency call at 6:00 p.m., and 45 minutes after his arrival, Al had my door respiring and completely refurbished and on my way by 7:30. Must admit that I was stunned by the cost. $854.00 after a $249.00 discount was a shock. Unit cost of parts seemed beyond reality. Al the service man was efficient, knowledgable and professional in all respects.

The service tech's name was Al. He was prompt, personable and efficient. He quickly installed a keypad and made sure the garage door was operating correctly. He replaced a battery in my garage door opener and lubricated the garage door. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I would give him a rating of 5 stars! Al did a terrific job fixing our broken garage door! He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He called in advance to let us know he was on the way. We also appreciate that Precision Door Service provides an immediate response. We initially contacted Sears for the repair but they said a technician wasn't available for 10 days. What kind of service is that? We'll always use PDS and will tell our friends too!

Last evening, one of the cables on my garage door had disconnected so I called the first garage repair that popped up on the website. I might add that their website seemed to offer everything that I was looking for, 24 hr service, close to my home, and reasonable pricing. I did wonder though, why the telephone number was not a local one, but I called anyway. After numerous rings a man finally answered. I didn't expect someone to answer that didn't speak English well. (Big Turnoff) However, his voice was clear enough for me to understand when he said "How far are you from downtown Cleveland"? (Second Big Turnoff). After listening to him mumble about 10 minutes, I decided to researched the web again and came across Precision. The advertisement and hyperlinks on the webpage made it easy to navigate and find just the right location close to my home. When I called, I heard a very professional and plesant voice. She address my concerns and scheduled me for a service call and email me confirmation. This morning I received a call from my service technician, Al Flemming, not only did he repair the cable on my garage door, he noted the cause of the problem was a broken spring, so I had him replace both of them. I made him aware of my current fixed income situation and he took it upon himself to make my repairs affordable. I would recommend Precision to everyone needing their garage door replaced or repaired. I feel confident that if all of the Precision Service Technicianss are as competent and professional as Al, you will be as satisfied as I am. You may even want to ask if Al Flemming is available. My husband called early in the morning because the springs on the door totally broke the night before(and cars were stuck inside). Al came out super fast and fixed quickly. All we paid was the service call because the springs were under warranty. Fantastic company, won't call anyone else! Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Precision Door. They were fast, professional, polite and knew what they were doing. The springs on my 2 1/2 car garage door broke and the door could not be opened. They were out the next day and had it up and running in an hour!!!

Excellent service. Since garage door would not open and car was inside, emergency service was provided without addition cost. Technician immediately detected problem, explained it fully and provided a quote. We accepted the quote and rebuild was completed within an hour. The technician called ahead to inform me that he was on his way. When he arrived he went right to work surveying the situation and as a result offering 3 choice estimates. I found the technician to be very knowledgeable about his craft. The technician explained the estimates thoroughly and after making my choice went right to work and completed the job in a quick and professional manner. Having said that, I submit a rating of 5 stars.
