We call Precision at 8 pm on Thursday and Al was able to be at our house by 10:30 am Friday. Al was fantastic. He called to let us know he was on his way, arrived when he said he would. He was quick and efficient. He replaced our cables, springs, rollers, got the door back on the tracks all within an hour. The cost was resonable. Thank you Al and Precision!

Technician was very good and appointment was made quickly. Unfortunately the price was rather extreme. Cost was $360 for a job that took 45 minutes and the only part needed was a $90 track. $270 for labor for a 45 minute job, which comes out to an hourly rate of $360 is just crazy. It's a shame because the job was done well but at that cost I'll have to look elsewhere next time.

Precision Door Service was recommended to me by a friend who had work done on their garage a few years back, and was very pleased with the work done. I must say I definitely agree!! Frist I want to say I was so very pleased with the quick response to my call, I was definitely surprise. I want to commend and thank Al Fleming for his excellent work, and his patience. He explained what was wrong, and what was needed to resolve the problem. At times he had to repeat some of the information twice, but he was patient and thorough in his explanations. We found him to be professional, friendly, and efficient! We are very pleased with our new garage door opener, and would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door to others.

I had called Precision Garage Door to replace a broken spring (single spring on garage door) on 1/29/2022 at approximately 6:30 pm Saturday night, and was informed that they were booked all day for Sunday. I opted for an appointment for Monday 1/31/2022 between 8 am - 10 am, and the technician showed up promptly at 8:30 am (Al Fleming, after calling ahead). Al has a great customer service side as he did not try and "up sell" on anything additional. However, after speaking with Al and Al taking the time to explain everything to me, I decided to with not just replacing the broken spring, but, replace with two spring and the replacement of all of the door "rollers", since I have a belt-drive garage door opener, I do not hear the 'clinks' and 'clanks' from the rollers any more and only hear the 'whirring' of the motor its self. Garage door broke on a Friday night and my phone call was answered promptly and had an appointment scheduled for 10am the next day. On a Saturday! I was already impressed with your service and then I met Al, your service technician who was even more impressive. Had my garage door fixed and running in 15 minutes and is just a great guy. He even fixed my non working garage door pin pad! Can't say enough great things about him and the service we received. 5 stars, 100% satisfied. Thank you for the great service.

I was able to schedule an appointment the very next morning after my door broke. Al called when he was 30 minutes away. Arrived here on time. Fixed the problem and gave me some options to consider. Quickly set up an appointment online via chat. Tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Tech Al was able to quickly pinpoint all of the adjustment issues with an old garage door that has been out of whack and troublesome for years. Quickly reset the door and springs, straightened everything out, adjusted the tension setting on the opener, and everything now operates nice and smooth. Don't know how how much more life is left on the ancient springs, but I do know if I need further service, Precision will get the call. Great service, reasonable price, would recommend to anybody. Our repairman arrived on time and was very courteous. He identified the problem quickly. Within a half hour he had the problem corrected with replacement parts. He left the area clean and tested the garage door operation multiple times before leaving. Very professional and timely. We were grateful and would recommend them.

First off you had a person answering the phone not a machine. The woman I spoke with was helpful and set up an appointment for that day. The time was 2 to 4 but Al was in the area and knew he'd be driving by early so he called and asked to come earlier. Al was a true pro, he took care of my problem quickly and had the door working properly again. Time between my call and a repaired garage door was less than 2 hours, now that's service! Thanks!
