I had called Precision Garage Door to replace a broken spring (single spring on garage door) on 1/29/2022 at approximately 6:30 pm Saturday night, and was informed that they were booked all day for Sunday. I opted for an appointment for Monday 1/31/2022 between 8 am - 10 am, and the technician showed up promptly at 8:30 am (Al Fleming, after calling ahead). Al has a great customer service side as he did not try and "up sell" on anything additional. However, after speaking with Al and Al taking the time to explain everything to me, I decided to with not just replacing the broken spring, but, replace with two spring and the replacement of all of the door "rollers", since I have a belt-drive garage door opener, I do not hear the 'clinks' and 'clanks' from the rollers any more and only hear the 'whirring' of the motor its self. Garage door broke on a Friday night and my phone call was answered promptly and had an appointment scheduled for 10am the next day. On a Saturday! I was already impressed with your service and then I met Al, your service technician who was even more impressive. Had my garage door fixed and running in 15 minutes and is just a great guy. I was able to schedule an appointment the very next morning after my door broke. Al called when he was 30 minutes away. Arrived here on time. Fixed the problem and gave me some options to consider. Our technician (Al Fleming) was very professional, extremely polite, very courteous, and quite knowledgable. We really appreciate the prompt service, too. We called last evening and were up and running this morning. You could not ask for better service. Quickly set up an appointment online via chat. Tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Tech Al was able to quickly pinpoint all of the adjustment issues with an old garage door that has been out of whack and troublesome for years. Quickly reset the door and springs, straightened everything out, adjusted the tension setting on the opener, and everything now operates nice and smooth. Don't know how how much more life is left on the ancient springs, but I do know if I need further service, Precision will get the call. Great service, reasonable price, would recommend to anybody. Our repairman arrived on time and was very courteous. He identified the problem quickly. Within a half hour he had the problem corrected with replacement parts. He left the area clean and tested the garage door operation multiple times before leaving. Very professional and timely. We were grateful and would recommend them.

First off you had a person answering the phone not a machine. The woman I spoke with was helpful and set up an appointment for that day. The time was 2 to 4 but Al was in the area and knew he'd be driving by early so he called and asked to come earlier. Al was a true pro, he took care of my problem quickly and had the door working properly again. Time between my call and a repaired garage door was less than 2 hours, now that's service! Thanks!

Good morning, To start the operator that answered my call to place an appointment was extremely nice and professional. Al my technician was very nice, polite and professional. I appreciate the call to let me know he was on his way to my home and was greeted with a good morning upon answering his call! The technician Mr. Al Fleming was at my home when I returned from our Anual Church picnic, I was informed he would be at my location between the hours of 5:00 to 8:00p.m. But luckily for me he arrived about 2:30p.m. He introduced himself and I appraised him of the nature of the problem and he advised me the options I had. I chose the recommended option however because of a misunderstanding of the three options (Good, better, and naturally the best) consequently after we concluded, he continued with number two option (Better) he completed his task without any hesitation. Mr. Fleming was very professional and I was happy with his work. I chose "Precision after reading the bio of the technicians and I am happy with the choice I have selected. They were the only company able to find springs that would work for our 80 year old garage door. They came same day and always at the time they said that would. When we had problems with our opener later they came and fixed it for free. I wish I could find plumbers, painters, and handymen who were as responsive!

Amazing, that within 90 minute of my emergency call at 6:00 p.m., and 45 minutes after his arrival, Al had my door respiring and completely refurbished and on my way by 7:30. Must admit that I was stunned by the cost. $854.00 after a $249.00 discount was a shock. Unit cost of parts seemed beyond reality. Al the service man was efficient, knowledgable and professional in all respects.

The service tech's name was Al. He was prompt, personable and efficient. He quickly installed a keypad and made sure the garage door was operating correctly. He replaced a battery in my garage door opener and lubricated the garage door. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I would give him a rating of 5 stars! I got an appoint right away (could have had next morning - opted to take one the following morning after next morning). They came on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it and left. The employee was polite and respectful. I was charged a basic price plus a price for the work. I am satisfied with the work and price.
