I called this morning and spoke to a real person. That’s alway a plus in my book. Booked an appointment for same day and the service person showed up on time (even a bit early). I got the courtesy call to advise he was on the way as I was promised. Punctual and very efficient. Took the time to educate me a bit on my old door. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The tension cords on our garage broke and we couldn’t open/close our door. Called precision and they were able to get someone out the next day 8-10. Called at 8:30 said he’d be there in 1/2 hour. Fixed our garage and was out in 1/2 hour or so. Definitely recommend!

Al was sxheduled to come out to aervice our garage door between 2:00 and 4:00 today. He called to see if 11:30 worked for us as the morning went on. 2 springs replaced , general service done all in 30 minutes. Can't beat it. All was friendly and professional and Precision I would highly recommend.

I found Precision Door online, and when I called, a "real person" answered and very efficiently gathered information and scheduled a same-day appointment. The technician (Al Fleming) was able to arrive at my house 2 hours ahead of schedule and was very knowledgable and polite. At first, I just wanted a new garage door opener (with new remotes and a keypad), but Al noticed a crack in the door, which would only get worse with time. So, we decided to replace the door, as well. The price seemed reasonable, and I only have to wait about 8 weeks. Looking forward to a trouble-free, silent garage door opener and new door!

Shout out to Precision Garage Door! Our door spring broke on a Saturday trapping our car (and a chipmunk) in the garage. We call Precision at 8 pm on Thursday and Al was able to be at our house by 10:30 am Friday. Al was fantastic. He called to let us know he was on his way, arrived when he said he would. Technician was very good and appointment was made quickly. Unfortunately the price was rather extreme. Cost was $360 for a job that took 45 minutes and the only part needed was a $90 track. $270 for labor for a 45 minute job, which comes out to an hourly rate of $360 is just crazy. It's a shame because the job was done well but at that cost I'll have to look elsewhere next time.
