We chose Precision Door Service because we could get service the same day. Both cars were in the garage and we were unable to open the door. Paul Broschk was the technician and he was not only professional and polite, but also very informative. He explained everything in detail so we could understand the service needed. We will continue to use Precision and request to have Paul for any future needs.

Precision Garage Door Service is awesome. We had an unexpected spring break on our double garage door and they came out the very next day after I scheduled at closing time. Piece on my opener snapped. Came out next day on a Saturday. Installed a new unit quickly. Helped me out with a couple other aspects of the door and also helped to reprogram the openers built into our cars. Good service.

I id not have an emergency and said no reason to come out right away, I just have a noisy door. They still gave me an appointment the very next day and for the time frame I requested. I love that they send you an email confirmation with the Tech's name that will be there and also provide their photo. Tech was on time as always, super friendly and knowledgeable. I trust Precision totally due to prior experiences with them and this was no different. Very very happy with the Tech Paul B and his recommendation. He worked so fast and the door is perfect now. Thanks for being a company I can trust to be professional and honest.

Hi, the technician was wonderful. The problem was not solved today. I still do not know what caused the garage door to start bending or bowing in the center. I had no problems with the door before this started happening. The technician was not really able to test my garage door opener to see if it was functioning properly, because he did not want to damage the door any further which I understood. Therefore. he was not really able to tell me what caused the the problem.

I was a little uncertain about the whole process, and Precision was the first I encountered on the net. Also, I had received a coupon in the mail. William was knowledgeable, and seems to have done just what I needed today. My old opener had probably been damaged by an electrical surge; at any rate, it had quit working completely, even after I changed the capacitor. It was great to get it done in one day, and I couldn't have done the job myself.

My appointment was done online and was answered quickly the day of the appointment by John who not only fixed the problem but also showed me how to lubricate the areas that need attention twice a year. Very kind and patient.
