I am so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Paul the technician that came to fix my door! We needed emergency repair when one of the door springs snapped late Friday afternoon. Our usual company no longer did 24-hour service and couldn’t come out for three days. A friend recommended Precision, and I was so impressed—from the person who answered the phone to Paul, the technician, who arrived three hours before the scheduled time the next day. He was personable and knowledgeable, and he not only replaced the springs, but also other parts that were showing wear. The job was completed quickly, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Paul was very nice and helpful It turned out that my garage door had ice underneath it and that was causing it to have trouble opening. I managed to get it open, but he told me what the problem was .Paul checked everything and sprayed something to keep it from sticking, he even shoveled some of the snow by it. He told me to call and ask from him if I had any problems
