Problem was quickly assessed and two news garage door openers were installed.Our garage door openers were not working. We had been opening our doors manually. I called for a service appointment which was easily scheduled over the phone. We were given a two hour window of when we should expect our technician to arrive. Brad of Precision Door called about an hour ahead of schedule and asked if it would work for us for him to arrive early. That worked for us and he arrived within 20 minutes. Brad was friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the problem we were having, and gave me the options I had. No pressure, just the facts. We decided to go ahead with having two new garage openers installed, as he had the parts with him and would be able to do it that day. He completed the job in about two hours, explained everything thoroughly to me, and cleaned up everything thoroughly. From what I can tell, it was a very professional job well done. I am very happy with the service and product I received for the price I paid, and would gladly recommend Precision Door Service, especially Brad, to friends and family. My garage door was destroyed by my landscaper with his plow while removing snow from my driveway on a Friday evening. I couldn't even get the door to close. The springs, cables and door was ruined. I am happy to write a review of your service and your product. A year ago, I had a new garage door opener installed by someone who did not stand behind the job. The opener never worked well. Several months ago we needed a garage door repair. I found Precision in the Yellow Pages along with a discount coupon. We called and were very glad we did. The service was impeccable. Brad Buzzelli was the technician. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. At the time of the repair, we talked briefly about eventually purchasing new garage doors. Brad talked to us about it briefly, explaining our options but without any sales pressure at all. Months later, we decided to replace the old doors and called Precsion and requested Brad. We made am appointment to get an estimate. Again, Brad was prompt, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Within a week or so, we had our new doors. They were installed in a timely manner and all of the old equipment was removed from our property. Even better, your tech was in our area when he got the notice, and he took the initiative to swing by that morning to take a look. He made a quick repair, which freed up the rest of our day. This was a follow up service call. I chose not to repair the rollers on the first call, but when they eventually went bad, Brad offered to make the repair at a reduced cost. The materials are obviously higher quality than the original door parts. Overall, very satisfied.

We had a new garage door opener, new keypad, remotes and "eyes" installed. Our was very old, not of good quality and finally just died one afternoon. Precision was able to get here the following morning and called to verify the time. Brad arrived on time (even in a snow storm) and was very knowlegeable, professional, and kind. He explained everything prior to starting the job and made some excellent recommendations- which we followed and had the rollers replaced. The opener is so quiet! Contacting Precision was easy. I simply dialed the toll free number, and within a few minutes I had an appointment setup for someone to come give me an estimate that weekend. Very professional and courteous at all times. Product is of the highest quality (R 13 value for their insulated door). My door was installed within a few days, and I didn't even need to be there. Everything was done by the time I came home, instructions left, along with all the remotes and keyless entry. Brad did a SUPER job. When we called the person we talked to on the phone gave us an arrivale time 2pm 4pm. Brad arrived almost 45 min early. to us that was great. He came to the door and idenified him self. Asked question on what was wrong with the opener. Verbally trouble shooting the problem. It took him a short time to find the problem. He fixed it quickly and even talked to me about preventive mantaines for the opener. He also took the time to answer all my questions, and explained everything he did and why.
