I called on Sunday, Zoran came out on Sunday. When my garage door opens, it goes to far and hits the motor with a bang and shaking. He noticed right away that the stopping mechanism was broken, however the parts that he had did not fit my old Genie. He said he would check the warehouse for the part and come back Tues or Wed. He told me to try stopping the door before it gets too close to the motor. I said OK. He asked for a deposit, witch I gave. Job not finished today, but Precision has been good to me before, so I expect the same now.

Precision installed our garage door in 2010. Today's service call was for a tune up. Technician was courteous and completed the job in a most efficient manner. Would not hesitate to recommend Precision to friends and family.

We contacted Precision once again after 6 years due to accidentally running over a garden bucket which dislocated a sensor. We have a high degree of confidence in the team at Precision from the person who answered our call and made sure we received prompt service to the friendly, highly competent technician, Paul Broschk who fixed our problem and gave us a thorough tune-up before completing the call. We'd give Precision a 10 if we could. Highly recommend this honest and reliable company to anyone.

I couldn't be more satisfied with Precision Garage Door service. The serviceman was polite and attuned, all one could want. He assessed the issues with the door and took care of them. I was quoted $75 for a call out and when the bill came it was for $149. The tech was here 15 minutes and so i will never use Precision Garage Door.

The connection point of my track from the opener to the wall was pulling away. Unsure of what was causing this, I called Precision to diagnose and fix, as they originally installed the door 5 years ago. They answered my call immediately, dispatched Nick same day, and he had everything as it should be within 30 minutes of arriving. Now that's incredible service that is unheard of!

I paid $75 for the visit , while many good companies give free estimate. The estimate given to me was incomplete . Even upon my subsequent request, the estimate was not submitted. My phone call was not responded . A terrible company to do business. I will report to BBB, if $75 are not refunded to me.
