There was an opening the same day and early in the afternoon! What a wonderful surprise Michael arrived right on time (surprise number 2). He was very easy to talk to and answered my questions without hesitation. Saw the problem and amazingly had the replacement parts with him! Took everything apart and replaced them while explaining what they were and how they worked (amazing surprise number 3)! Will continue to spread the word about how great this company is and recommend you to family and friends! Keep up the great work!

Paul was on time and did a great job for us. Professional, very friendly. We had work done with this company in the past at our previous address as well, highly recommended.

Used Precision Overhead Door in the past and were completely satisfied. Called again with opener issues. Based on John's professional recommendation, we chose to upgrade our system. John, our service person, was friendly, professional and informative. He worked efficiently answering all our questions. He further showed us the parts that were wearing out and would have needed to be repaired, if parts could be found for a 20 year old system, or replaced in short order. Happy with the warranty.

The spring on my garage door broke just as I pulled into the garage. I called a family member who used your company last year and got the phone number. I immediately called and someone answered the phone . She was able to set me up with an appointment the next afternoon. I was elated. The technician ( Zoran) called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived, gave me the quote and began the job. I appreciated him. It only took an hour and I was able to put my car back into the garage. Great job!!! I would recommend him and the company to friends. Great experience!!!

My entire experience was BEYOND great!! I called a little after 12pm yesterday, and Angela was very courteous able to schedule an appointment between 1-3pm yesterday to repair a broken spring. The assigned technician was Paul, and he arrived at my house by 1:30pm. Paul was EXTRAORDINARY!! He thoroughly explained the process of replacing the springs, replaced a plastic barring and checked the struts to ensure that the rod no longer had a "dip" across my garage door. Paul also checked the belt drive unit which we learned also needed to be replaced. He explained my options and installed the new belt drive unit. Paul applied oil to all the door hinges and gave me instructions on garage door maintenance. I can't thank him enough for his phenomenal service. I will contact Precision for any garage door issues!

The spring on my garage door snapped without warning just when I had an MD appointment. I could not lift the door manually. I called precision because they installed my opener a year ago. They came out with out much delay and arrived with all parts needed. the Technician was very knowledgeable and it only took him one hour. I was very pleased with the quickness and efficiency.

Not only did we get same-day service, but we got an appointment for just an hour after we called; Caitlin was so pleasant and helpful on the phone. Service technician Michael explained what was needed, completed the overhaul in about an hour, then explained how to perform easy preventive maintenance twice per year. Outstanding service all around!

John F. recognized the problem with my garage door, explained to me what the problem was and gave me a quote within the first 5 minutes of his arrival. He had all of the replacement parts in his truck and had my garage door working within 45 minutes. John was very professional, knowledgeable and considerate. Very pleased with the repair.

We had a faulty door and were surprised to call and get same day service. John the Tech explained the issue and quoted a fair price for the repair. Work was done perfectly and he gave us an extra opener. Thanks John. We will recommend the company.

John was fantastic. He arrived a little early and had my new opener up and running within an hour and worked perfect and even helped link opener to my car. Second time using Precision and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend them for all your garage door needs. Thank you again for doing a great jon

I am very pleased with service I received on my garage door. I had been having an issue and when I called was told that someone could be there tomorrow! Zoren was very patient and answered all my questions. Explained my options and proceeded efficiently. I will call again if needed in the future.

Paul did a great job explaining what repairs were needed, and then got things fixed very quickly. He was courteous and professional. The scheduler also did a great job in setting up Paul's visit. We went from a broken spring, cables and rollers mid-afternoon on a Thursday to a repaired and improved door operation before 9 am on the following day. Very nicely done.

Another good experience with Precision Garage Door. They have installed a new garage door opener and new garage doors, as well as helping whenever something odd goes wrong. Each and every technician has been on time (or early), knowledgeable and good at their job. Recently, after a series of power outages, my garage door opener was not working. Zoran Jovanovic came and made some adjustments and got the system working again. He explained that power surges could “fry” the opener and it would be ruined. He made a great suggestion about using a heavy duty surge protector cube to prevent future disasters. I’ve done just that and already survived another power interruption. Thank you Zoran!

Called at 9am, had a truck at the house by 11am. Guy went right to work, fixed pretty quickly. Had them out 4 times in the last 11-12 years. Always happy with the entire process.

Showed up on time during the window I picked - even called first to tell me he was on his way. Had the parts on the truck and was able to fix my busted spring in literally like 15 minutes. Absolutely worth not risking the repair myself, as it would have taken me longer to watch YouTube videos on how to not die doing the job than it took him! I'm very impressed with the speed and professionalism!

I took a chance on Precision door. I was skeptical by the large advertisement thinking about their overhead and how this will probably cost an arm and a leg. But they charged a competitive fee which is understandable. More importantly, the job was done correctly. I called at 8am and the job was complete by 12PM. They replaced Motor, Key Pad and Sensors. The unit I had was 20 years old. I don't know they guys name who did the work, but he was he was honest and true, no bull. straight shooter. I know this because I have done mechanical repair my entire life, so I know what he was saying was true. I am older now, and not knowing the tricks of the trade, it would have taken me all day to do the job myself. It sucks getting old, but as they say, work smarter not harder. Have someone else do the job!

Nick, the technician, did a great job troubleshooting and fixing the problem with our garage door which wasn't closing properly anymore. He pointed out the problem and replaced an old, worn circuit board; replaced the light which was no longer working with a new LED one; oiled the hinges; and provided new remote controls. He was very thorough and efficient, asking me several times throughout the process whether I had any questions or not and was pleasant to interact with. I'm very pleased with the service.

We have used Precision Overhead Garage Door in the past so that's who we called when the spring broke on our garage door yesterday. John was out here at 9 this morning and gave me several options for repair. We chose the one that works best for us and are very pleased, again, with Precision Overhead Garage Door.

We had a great experience with John from Precision door! A spring broke on our garage door and we couldn’t get the cars out. It was 4:30pm. I went on the website and there was availability at 6:00 pm that same day! John came out, explained all of the options and completed the work. He was friendly and very capable. We will use Precision again for our future garage door needs.

Precision was recommended to me by my parents who had work done. When my garage spring broke right as I was going to pick my daughter up from school, I called and got an appointment immediately. Within 30 minutes technician Anthony came, gave his honest opinion and accomplished all work necessary. He was courteous and efficient and got us up and running in no time! THANK YOU!

Precision Door was amazing! The website was easy to navigate and set up an appointment. They communicated all the way through the process leading up to the appointment. Their service tech was polite, informative, and left the work area clean. Most importantly the pricing was fair and in line with the market value. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone with a garage door replacement or repair.
