Called in the repair at 1:30, was completed on same day by 5:30. Didn't expect that level of service and follow through in such a quick manner. Done in a professional and timely manner. Glad they are my go-to professional door installer. Have never been disappointed.

We have used Precision in the past and were very satisfied with. I called about an issue with our door and the tec was here within 2 hours on a very cold day. He researched our door to find it was discontinued and made a brace to reinforce the door so it could be used saving us a lot over replacement of the damaged panel. We are very pleased with the service we received

This is our 3rd time using precision. So far it has always been an emergency, and they show up right away. Yesterday our door wouldn't close, the temperature was below zero, and we were expecting a snow storm to roll in. The service technician was here within 3 hours working in ridiculously cold conditions. He provided our options and completed the work quickly. They always do a great job.

I wanted to inform you that technician Zoran Jovanovic drove through a major snow storm in northern Ohio to repair the springs and cables for my garage door so that I could still make it to work. Many other companies would have called me to cancel my appointment to repair the garage door to a day when the weather was better to drive in. Zoran did an excellent repair job and I am very appreciative with his service. Bruce Quittenton
