I Booked my appointment due to a garage door failure. I initially called another company who charged $45 just to come out. As I was working the next morning I found Precision Door online and was impressed by their great customer reviews. OUTSTANDING! Two days after Christmas (Saturday) and boing went the torsion spring. John was here within 90 minutes of my phone call, knew his stuff beyond a doubt and replaced two torsion springs in less than an hour. A great representative of the company and a very personable gentleman. I have already recommended Precision to a family member who is in the market for a new door.

Very satisfied with the entire process of working with Precision. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online for the very next day, which happened to be Christmas Eve day. The technician (Al) communicated that he would actually be early which was, great. He provided me with a quick estimate, had the springs I needed on his van, and completed the repair within 20-30 minutes. All of this done at what I felt was a reasonable cost. I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

I don't know how he handled those big doors all by himself plus worked in 20 degree weather. So appreciated such a professional kind and polite person.
