I don't know how he handled those big doors all by himself plus worked in 20 degree weather. So appreciated such a professional kind and polite person. John Franks was our serviceman on 11/16/25. My husband and I were extremely satisfied by his knowledge and skill in repairing our garage door and the in depth of information about the condition of current door and parts and the type of door etc that would be recommended as replacement, as our current door/motor is over 30 years old. Also he came out on a Saturday, same day we called.
