John Franks was our serviceman on 11/16/25. My husband and I were extremely satisfied by his knowledge and skill in repairing our garage door and the in depth of information about the condition of current door and parts and the type of door etc that would be recommended as replacement, as our current door/motor is over 30 years old. Also he came out on a Saturday, same day we called. He was very polite and respectful and could answer all our questions and showed us pictures and explained the difference in types of doors etc. Thank you so much for sending John as our service/repairman! I have utilized Precision Garage Door Services on a few occasions. Nick the install technician was on-time, personable, knowledgeable & completed the full new install in two hours. Excellent job all in all. Other than the bit pricey quote, I am 100% satisfied with the services of the Precision company. Thank you!
