Zoran was terrific. He fixed my problem and discussed my need for a new door. he was very knowledgeable and informative I ordered a new door which I had needed for several years. Precision Door was able to respond to our need to replace the sensors that had separated from the bracket attached to the door guide rail within 24 hours of our call. The technician, Paul Broschk, was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, friendly and he completed the work in a timely manner. He provided me with an explanation of my door problem and how to address the solution. He also replaced batteries that I had very little knowledge of. Precision is now my garage door “go to” company

Five stars because of the following; 1. a human being answered the initial call 2. They were polite and helpful 3. I was able to book an appointment the next day as opposed to next week or next month. 4. The mechanic called to let me know when he was on his way and his estimate time of arrival. 5. The mechanic checked out the problem and determined it wasn't a simple fix and explained and demonstrated it. 6. Mechanic gave me 2 repair estimates in writing.

As a previous customer, we knew we could trust Precision to replace the garage door after moving to another state. Shortly, after the replacement, the seal around the door began to sag. We called Precision to address the issue. Anthony came the day after the call. He was prompt, friendly, kind, and efficient. He fixed the problem within ten minutes. Anthony was fabulous!

Good communication prior to arrival. Bill A was polite, patient and did great job explaining all our options including spending time reprogramming old remote ( that they didn’t install). I would call /use them again if need in future. Only thing I needed replaced was the electric disconnect mechanism .
