My neighbor referred Precision Garage Door to me and I value his input. I was able to speak with a person, schedule an appointment for the next day, and John called to notify me of his arrival time. His arrival was within the two hour window I was scheduled. John explained everything clearly, concisely, and professionally. The job was complete in one and a half hours as stated. Upon completion, he demonstrated the remote as well as the manual procedure to open the door. I was given a manual and an invoice was provided before and after the job was complete. I am extremely pleased and would recommend Precisio Garage Door to everyone.

Our car was stuck in the garage after the spring broke. Since it was a Saturday, the other company which usually serviced our door said someone would call me on Monday. Even when I explained our car was stuck in the garage, I was again advised someone would call on Monday. I did a Google search for garage door repairs and Precision popped up. I called and was told a service person would be by later in the day. Zaron arrived early and fixed the problem promptly. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was a great guy and very polite. Precision will now be my garage door company and I also told my neighbor about Precision. I’ll always request Zaron to be my repairman too.

Contacted Precision Door mainly because of the great number of positive reviews. Quality work is important to me. After contacting them I was advised a tech would be sent out within hours, which I was vert happy to hear. Gentleman arrived within the time frame I was told he would be here, he was extremely friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and gave recommendation for a replacement opener. He started the installation immediately and I was very happy with his quality of work. After installation he took the time to walk me through all the new items this new door opened had .Very happy with the entire process from beginning to end. Would definitely use this company again.
