I called this morning and spoke to a real person. That’s alway a plus in my book. Booked an appointment for same day and the service person showed up on time (even a bit early). I got the courtesy call to advise he was on the way as I was promised. Punctual and very efficient. Took the time to educate me a bit on my old door. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely call again when I need a repair or want to update the door.
