We have been using Precision for a few years and every experience has been amazing. The techs are all very qualified and very friendly - our spring broke this morning at 6:30 am - I called Precision at 6:40 am and John was here at 8:30 am to replace the broken spring! I was really impressed with the service from Precision Garage Doors, from scheduling the appointment to dealing with the technician, Nick. He arrived early and the whole appointment took less than 30 minutes. He also checked out the whole garage door system and gave some recommendations for maintaining the door. I was really happy with the service and the company.

Wow I am a hard person to please!!! Precision Garage door service went above and beyond. Al was honest keep me informed and quick. I thought my spring was broke but it turned out my old opener had internal electric problems. Al put in a new opener, eyes ,keypad and did all the adjustments!!! I am happy!!!

Everything went as good as we hoped. A service tech was scheduled for next day after calling. Al arrived on time, got everything fixed, did some maintenance and departed quickly. Cleveland Garage Door installed this opener 9 years ago. Works fine until we knocked sensor loose. CGD will definitely be who we always call.

The office said the tech. was coming between 12 and 2. HE was told 10-12 and showed up at 10:30. Wires were crossed by the office. The problem I had was something that might have been answered over the phone since he explained in about 60 seconds upon arrival and nothing was done. His time wasted. BUT, I gave 5 stars because of the tech's knowledge and kindness. He was also the salesman who sold me the 2 new insulated garage doors earlier this year. I could not choose a 'service' ( below) because nothing was actually done.

We were happy with the service. Our cable on our garage door broke late Friday after 5pm. I called them and they answered the phone and made the appointment for the next morning-Saturday from 8 to 10 AM. They were here promptly and communicated prior to appointment. John was very professional and knowledgeable and had our door up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company.
