The young man who was here to replace a lower panel on our garage door was outstanding. After his original assessment he got right back to us and located a replacement. We certainly felt much safer than having to wait a month or more for a replacement. The damage took place on a Friday and he was back with a panel replacement by Monday. Thank you so very much. I'm highly complementary of the service. It was very easy to schedule a convenient time for the appointment. Al actually arrived early and called me in advance to let me know. He easily identified the squeaking noises from my 20-year-old door, and explained that old style rollers were plastic and had no bearings, hence the noisy operation. New style rollers are nylon and contain bearings offering much quieter operation. He had some in his van and changed them all out in less than 15 minutes at what I felt was a fair price. Problem solved. I'll definitely be calling Precision the next time I have an issue.

I had Precision Garage Door install openers nearly 15 years ago, and they worked perfectly until a glitch today. One of the doors wouldn't close. I called at 3:45 in the afternoon, and a very kind and friendly technician arrived 40 minutes later. He fixed the problem and installed a new key paid for me, to boot. He was quick, friendly, and thorough, and I will definitely use Precision again when I need this system replaced. Thank you, Precision!

Excellent service. Called to let me know they could get to my house early if that was ok. Arrived promptly and evaluated situation. Explained what had to be done (new coil springs) and what would be selective if I desired ( bearing plates and rollers). Very polite and no hard sales attempt. Finished job in less than an hour. Very satisfied, especially with the same day service.

They did great work repairing a safety sensor. What I really liked was they came the same day. They said they would come between noon and 2:00. They called at noon and said they would be there in 20 minutes and they were. Usually repair people would say between noon and 2:00. They would call at 3:00 and say they're running behind and they'll be there in 30 minutes. They come at 4:00.

I’ve used Precision Door in the past. Very happy with their service. They come the day you call them with everything in their truck needed to make repairs, and very skilled and knowledgeable technicians. A few years ago, they installed my Lift Master door opener. Did a great job. Door wouldn’t close today. The door is quite old and heavy. A crucial hinge had rusted out and broken. My repairman, John, replaced the hinge and I’m back in business. My old garage doors are extremely heavy and quite old. I’ve been thinking about replacing them for a few years. John recommended that it was time to get new doors. He helped me choose doors that will work for me. I’m excited to solve this long time problem. I know I have a company I can trust to take care of it.

Was VERY pleased with the reputable service of Precision. Fantastic communication throughout the process. I unfortunately was scammed (and overpaid) on a service call back in March and was nervous to reach out to another company. Thank goodness I reached out to Precision! "Z" found the root of the problem (bad adjustment and installation back in March), explained what work needed to be done, and fully explained the cost/options before starting the repairs. I felt so comfortable with Z that I went with the works and am so happy with my garage and the warranty that came with their service. First time I closed the garage I wasn't even sure it was closing because how quiet it was! Amazing job by Z and the Precision team!!! Thank you!
