The connection point of my track from the opener to the wall was pulling away. Unsure of what was causing this, I called Precision to diagnose and fix, as they originally installed the door 5 years ago. They answered my call immediately, dispatched Nick same day, and he had everything as it should be within 30 minutes of arriving. Now that's incredible service that is unheard of!

I paid $75 for the visit , while many good companies give free estimate. The estimate given to me was incomplete . Even upon my subsequent request, the estimate was not submitted. My phone call was not responded . A terrible company to do business. I will report to BBB, if $75 are not refunded to me.

John was very profession and thorough. He explained the issue and recommended repairs for me. John Franks is a superb mechanic! We’ve had him here in the past and asked for him specifically for this trip. He solved our problem very quickly…. Because of an accident, the track on our garage door was bent. We thought that it would need to be replaced, but John bent it back in place. He worked very quickly. Good job!
