Anthony was my technician after the power outage and tornado, he was wonderful. Anthony was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions I needed a backup battery and he ordered for me and I received it very quickly and he installed it right away. I recently had a new garage door opener installed by a technician by the name of Paul. He was the most professional workman I have ever had to work in my home. Paul arrived early to perform the installation, he explained everything he was doing in a very professional manner. He explained the new controls and their operation until I was completely satisfied. Paul removed all the old workings of the previous garage door to my satisfaction. The new unit installed was replacing one that was over twenty years old. New unit has more safety features and also has wifi and an app to control the door from my phone, I'm very satisfied with my total overall experience with Precision Garage Door Company. Don't hesitate to call them when your garage door fails.

Precision Door was able to respond to our need to replace the sensors that had separated from the bracket attached to the door guide rail within 24 hours of our call. The technician, Paul Broschk, was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, friendly and he completed the work in a timely manner. He provided me with an explanation of my door problem and how to address the solution. He also replaced batteries that I had very little knowledge of. Precision is now my garage door “go to” company

Five stars because of the following; 1. a human being answered the initial call 2. They were polite and helpful 3. I was able to book an appointment the next day as opposed to next week or next month. 4. The mechanic called to let me know when he was on his way and his estimate time of arrival. 5. The mechanic checked out the problem and determined it wasn't a simple fix and explained and demonstrated it. 6. Mechanic gave me 2 repair estimates in writing.
