Zoran repaired our door and replaced the battery in the liftmaster. His knowledge was only outshined by his professionalism. He arrived on time and did top notch repairs. Found them on the internet and they were open today which is Saturday. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and got me an appointment the same day. The gentleman, Al came to do the work. He was early and called me to see if he could come. He was knowledgeable and kind. He clearly explained to my husband and me what might have to be done and the cost.

We moved here in May. Battery was dead. Didn’t know anything about this door. Sticker was on garage motor. Called and Paul came out the next day. Very nice and pleasant. Gave us a new battery and lubed up everything and changed the battery in outside pad.

I used Precision Garage Door Service previously to have springs replaced on the garage door. One spring broke recently and I called Precision again for a repair. I received an appointment time for the repair on the next day. Technician Nick Fleming left a message he was on the way and arrived at the appointment time. Nick had the replacement springs in his truck and had the old springs removed and the new ones installed in a limited amount of time. Nick also answered any questions I had on the service. As the original springs used by Precision had a lifetime warranty, reasonable service and labor fees were only incurred. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and their Service Technicians for garage door repairs. Tim

Two days from the time I called Precision, the company door technician had installed a new garage door opener. At a home visit, John assessed the old, improperly installed garage door opener and outlined my options. He returned two days later and installed the correct opener. He worked efficiently and neatly. He was friendly and clearly explained what he was doing, what I needed to do (electrical outlets - code) and reviewed the operating procedures. The door works great! When I buy a new door, I’ll ask that John install it.

Precision Garage Door Service installed a Lift Master garage door opener this spring. Wonderful technician, super service. This week, we had a power outage after a storm that knocked my garage door opener offline. The release mechanism on the new opener doesn’t work exactly the same as my old system. I wasn’t able to release the door! In spite of a completely full schedule, Zoran Jovanovic fit me in on the way between appointments. Another superb technician. They really know their stuff. Got my system back online quickly and showed me how to work the release, if I should need it in the future. The phone scheduler was also really helpful. Good, solid, customer oriented company. Highly recommend them.
