We contacted Precision Garage Door Service on Easter Sunday because the garage door spring broke and we could not get the car out. Their BBB rating and a recommendation from our neighbor prompted us to choose them over other repair services plus they offered an appointment time in the morning of the following day. I had the springs replaced for the same reason many years ago by another company that was no longer in operation. My confidence in Precision was increased when a friendly, live person answered the phone to make the appointment...on Easter! The technician called about 30 minutes before he arrived and within the appointment window of time. I was quoted a range of services that would solve my problem without a wait. I chose to replace both of the springs as well as the cables. The cables were frayed but not broken yet. The job took about 90 minutes, as the technician estimated. All of my questions were answered before he started, as he was working and after the job was finished. The technician was friendly, courteous and professional throughout the job. We tested the garage door operation at the end of the job and minor adjustments were made, per my request.

Within 15 minutes of my initial call, I received a call from the technician that he was on his way. A professional and friendly man arrived, did a careful inspection, and offered his estimate, which was less than I'd feared. One hour later, the broken roller and section of track were repaired and the door works perfectly. Thank you, Precision!

I had an issue with my garage door not opening. It was Palm Sunday and I thought I’d have to wait until Monday. I booked online for later in the day as they do work on Sundays. Bill was here very shortly after I booked the appointment. He was professional and went to work immediately. He fixed the issue, made sure the door opened and closed before leaving. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for anything I needed for my garage door. Very reasonable in the price. Thank you, Bill

Great same day service to repair broken spring. Found Precision online. Called this morning. Attendant was friendly and made the appointment. The tech called to ask if he could come early. He arrived and completed the job in less than 30 minutes and gave me some advice on caring for my garage doors. Would definitely recommend Precision

Precision door came out several years ago to fix a broken spring. The technician put your label on the backside of the door and that's who I called to get an estimate for a new door. Our garage door is an original door --- only 36 years old! Bill came out thinking he was here for a repair. Told him we were looking for a quote for a new door. Then John showed up because he needed something off of the truck. The two of them (Bill and John) helped us make our decision as to what color and style of door that we ended up ordering. Great teamwork!!

This was the first time I have tried Precision. I am very satisfied! It was incredibly easy to make an appointment online, with many same-day options available. The work was quick, clean, and resolved my issue. The technician, John Gilles, called when he was on his way and arrived when expected. He immediately diagnosed the problem. He then made a special trip to pick up the necessary parts. He was very polite and took his time to explain everything.
