Quickly set up an appointment online via chat. Tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Tech Al was able to quickly pinpoint all of the adjustment issues with an old garage door that has been out of whack and troublesome for years. Quickly reset the door and springs, straightened everything out, adjusted the tension setting on the opener, and everything now operates nice and smooth. Don't know how how much more life is left on the ancient springs, but I do know if I need further service, Precision will get the call. Great service, reasonable price, would recommend to anybody. Thanks

Our repairman arrived on time and was very courteous. He identified the problem quickly. Within a half hour he had the problem corrected with replacement parts. He left the area clean and tested the garage door operation multiple times before leaving. Very professional and timely. We were grateful and would recommend them.

Exceptional service start to finish. Easy to make a convenient appointment. Technician Paul Broschk is fantastic. Polite, punctual, efficient, friendly and clear. Service performed as promised and Paul even cleaned the garage floor. Price was fair and included a generous package discount for preventative work that I authorized. Highly recommended - I will engage them for annual maintenance.

A FIVE STAR RATING. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY. DID A GREAT JOB IN FIXING THE PROBLEM AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING. SAID MY GARAGE DOOR WAS OLD AND COULD GIVE ME PROBLEMS. GAVE ME THE COST ON ONE PANEL OR THE WHOLE DOOR.

I had a new garage door installed in Feb. I am completely satisfied with the door and the whole installation process. When the weather got hot and humid the door made a loud screeching noise. I called Precision to see if they could pinpoint the problem. Paul arrived exactly at the time he was scheduled, listened to the noise, told me what it was, and fixed the problem ( a wheel rubbing against the track) within minutes. He wrote his report, said "no charge", wished me a good day, and went on his way. I can't say anything but wow! for that type of service. Thank you Precision Door!!!

Anthony did a great job! He took one look at our LED lamps in the garage and thought they might be the problem! When we changed them out to incandescent the garage door remote worked fine! Leave it to the professionals! Great job! He lubricated the doors hinges, reprogrammed my car and was done in about 20 minutes! Well done!

First off you had a person answering the phone not a machine. The woman I spoke with was helpful and set up an appointment for that day. The time was 2 to 4 but Al was in the area and knew he'd be driving by early so he called and asked to come earlier. Al was a true pro, he took care of my problem quickly and had the door working properly again. Time between my call and a repaired garage door was less than 2 hours, now that's service! Thanks!

I had a broken spring and my car was inside the garage. Precision Door was able to send me a technician within the hour. After discussing options on the door repair and issues with the actual opener, I decided to do both repairs. To my surprise, all parts were on his truck and I was up and running in a couple of hours with 2 new springs, Liftmaster opener, new keypad and new remotes. I was still able to keep my scheduled appointments without interuption. I would highly recommend and Precision will be my go to door repair call.

Tech John Franks was punctual, polite and obviously very knowledgeable. He quickly realized my issue was very minor yet he took the time to explain everything to me. We had our choice of garage door companies but based on the reviews, we chose Precision. We were delighted with the representative John "the hobbit" Gilles. What a delightful guy. He answered all our questions, had answers and suggestions that made our choices easy. I hope this company recognizes what an asset John Gilles is!
