Five stars because of the following; 1. a human being answered the initial call 2. They were polite and helpful 3. I was able to book an appointment the next day as opposed to next week or next month. 4. The mechanic called to let me know when he was on his way and his estimate time of arrival. 5. The mechanic checked out the problem and determined it wasn't a simple fix and explained and demonstrated it. 6. Mechanic gave me 2 repair estimates in writing.

All went well and the door works fine. I also received a nice letter from Jim Roland. I did have one question for you all that I didn't ask the tech when he was here. Should I lubricate the belt? Tension in the belt was the issue. Thanks and awaiting your reply. Frank McGorty

Bill, the cert. technician was at our house within two hours of my initial call. Not only was he knowledgeable, he physically showed me what my need was, AND, what impressed me more was with a phone call, he confirmed the past decade-plus service records to confirm my questions. Pretty amazing.

As a previous customer, we knew we could trust Precision to replace the garage door after moving to another state. Shortly, after the replacement, the seal around the door began to sag. We called Precision to address the issue. Anthony came the day after the call. He was prompt, friendly, kind, and efficient. He fixed the problem within ten minutes. Anthony was fabulous!

Good communication prior to arrival. Bill A was polite, patient and did great job explaining all our options including spending time reprogramming old remote ( that they didn’t install). Thanks for the quick response to my service call. Anthony arrived on time, worked quickly, and had my door back in operation in a few minutes . He suggested swapping out the led bulb in the opener for a standard bulb to avoid electrical interference with the door operation. Also, he was to provide two options for new door openers with pricing but i have not yet received any information.
