Purchased a new garage door and new garage ope new 16 months ago and garage opener was installed incorrectly . The two screws did not hit a stud and came out of the dry wall. Called to get it repaired and they still charged me a 75$ service charge for there poor workmanship. Very disappointed for there poor workmanship. ???? Thats there mistake and should not have been charged. I would have just recounted the drive bar myself.

We chose Precision Garage Door Repair because they have hours when we are available and they have great reviews. John was our technician, and he was outstanding! He repaired the openers as requested but also pointed out that one of our springs was broken, which puts undo strain on the motor. He replaced that and also educated us on garage door maintenance, information we had never before received from a garage door repair person. We are very glad we chose Precision and will used them again!

Everybody was extremely friendly, professional, courteous and efficient. John was very nice. I would use this company again without a doubt. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door around 1230pm for an appointment. Precision Service tech arrived early for service call. I and another technician working on my current garage problem attempted to describe the problem we were having with the initial installation of garage door by Precision and why we reached back out to the installers of my garage. The Precision Tech immediately took defense of the obvious problem even after viewing pictures. He assessed his solution to the separation and forced drilled 4 holes into the new base from the frame probably the way it should have been done initially! Total time 8 mins maybe Total cost $150. Problem solved A+ Tech Attitude: D

The Guy who came out did à good job. But the person who set up the visit double booked him and he was supposed to be at Our house between 8 and 10. IT was close to 1pm.

I read reviews and thought this is the company I needed to go with the assure myself my garage door would continue to operate as best as possible for years to come. It was nice to get an appointment the day after I called. It was nice to not have to worry that my garage would cease to operate before an appointment was complete. Last thing I needed was to be trapped in my garage. John Gilles was my technician and he was efficient and professional. He trouble shot my problem and ask several questions to help him solve the problem. John then went on to discuss the solution to the problem I was having with the garage door. John is very knowledgeable and went straight to work and kept me informed along the way as to what he was doing and educating me on my garage door “workings”. John replaced the faulty spring (installed by another company) that was far inferior to the one that Precision utilizes on their garage doors. John also replaced all the wheels from old metal to nylon ones to even make the door opening/closing less stressful on my garage door opener. I thank John for his expertise and great customer service. Thank you Precision for hiring such a great knowledgeable person. I hope I do not need your services for a while but if I do I will definitely be calling you!

Dealing with the company was a very positive experience. I called the company in the morning and they were very helpful and told me they would have someone here to my house between noon and two. My garage door was open and I couldn't close it and so is imperative that I get someone out to see it as soon as possible. The person that answered the call was very helpful. The technician that was assigned to my house kept me posted as to where he was and when he be there. I believe his name was Bill he was very courteous and very helpful. He solved the problem immediately and made the corrections. Thank you for your professional service.
