I moved into my house 5 years ago. Lately the garage door was sounding very loud when it opened and closed, so I figured it needed to be serviced. The reason I used Precision Overhead Garage Door Company is because when I moved into my house their sticker was on the door. They would have come out the next day but that wasn't convenient for me so they came out early the next morning. In 45 minutes I had a new very quiet opener with a battery backup and new controls. John, the serviceman that was sent was very nice and knew right away what was wrong. I was very happy with his service and would use them again if necessary.

Courteous staff from the woman who answered the phone and scheduled the repair to be done. The repairman was here a little over an hour later. He explained what was needed and explained three price ranges and the warranty offered. He soon had the work done and all is well. Highly recommend this company.

I found Precision Door online, and when I called, a "real person" answered and very efficiently gathered information and scheduled a same-day appointment. The technician (Al Fleming) was able to arrive at my house 2 hours ahead of schedule and was very knowledgable and polite. At first, I just wanted a new garage door opener (with new remotes and a keypad), but Al noticed a crack in the door, which would only get worse with time. So, we decided to replace the door, as well. The price seemed reasonable, and I only have to wait about 8 weeks. Looking forward to a trouble-free, silent garage door opener and new door!

Our garage door was not operating smoothly so I sent a live chat to get a Technician to inspect it. Zoran came out and inspected the door and replaced plastic rollers with all metal rollers and it made a huge difference. Zoran provided us with some simple tips to avoid any problems. 1st time customer and more importantly a satisfied customer. I called after 7:30 pm on a Monday night and got ahold of someone who arranged to have someone respond first thing in the morning. Our garage door spring had broken, trapping our car in the garage. We were worried about work and called hoping to get someone. Anthony showed up as promised, had the spring replaced and everyone got to work on time. I would definitely recommend them for prompt and excellent service.

They were easily able to remedy the issue and provided details on what to watch for as the door and opener ages. Having the confirmation email include both the name and picture of the technician coming to do the work helped me to easily identify them when they arrived.
