I chose Precision Door because they have a local connection. I called after hours and got a live person who was very nice on the phone and a technician was scheduled for the very next day. He called before coming out as was promised and arrived on time. He was able to fix my problem easily and also took the time to write up a quote for other work I may want done in the future. He was professional and courteous and I will recommend Precision Door to anyone anytime.

My garage door broke at 8PM. After I realized I couldn't fix it myself I called precision around 9PM to schedule an appointment for the following morning. The next day my tech (William) called me to confirm the date/time and even came early. I couldn't have been more pleased with his ability to fix my problem but also walk me through the process/the issue/the reinstall/etc. I was referred to Precision from my brother. Very excellent service!! The information. I received about my options about a new garage door machine and setup was great. I also couldn’t believe how quickly all the quality work was done. I love my new opener completely with the bright LED light..the motion detector that turns the light on and the the key pad that allows for keyless entry. I’m very happy with my service and purchase. Staff was also very polite!

Amazing friendly quick experience. Zoran was the technician who came out to help and was in and out and very helpful and friendly. Recommending to all my neighbors. We chose Precision for a new garage door and opener 4 yrs. ago and have never had a bit of trouble. The service was outstanding. After a recent power outage we called Precision again for a battery replacement. Paul Broschik was here within the hour replaced the battery and did a maintenance safety check on the system. This company is awesome. Our garage went down with a loud bang late at night on a Sunday (of course it did!). We found an ad that said you could call the number and actually talk to someone. I wasn’t very optimistic, but indeed Kim answered the phone. She got me scheduled right away. Bill called and introduced himself when he was on the way. He was clean, efficient, and professional. This company is a breath of fresh air.

Precision door did a great job! They were very professional, kind and courteous on the phone as well as the repairman. They responded promptly with same day service!!! The repairman was not pushy at all about buying 2 springs, not just the broken one. He did explain very nicely how buying 2 springs comes with a 5 year warranty, not just 1 year for 1 spring because of the uneven stress the older spring puts on the new spring. I bought both springs and have a 5 year warranty. Very pleased with their service!

I have used Precision for quite a few years. They are always courteous and complete the job. They oil the door and make sure that it is in perfect working order before they leave. They come as quickly as they can and they are efficient.
