I was able to book an appointment the next day as opposed to next week or next month. 4. The mechanic called to let me know when he was on his way and his estimate time of arrival. 5. The mechanic checked out the problem and determined it wasn't a simple fix and explained and demonstrated it. 6. Mechanic gave me 2 repair estimates in writing.

I called for an appointment earlier in the day and we were able to get a same day appointment. Zoran was very professional and helpful to us while trying to make a decision.

Good communication prior to arrival. Bill A was polite, patient and did great job explaining all our options including spending time reprogramming old remote ( that they didn’t install). I would call /use them again if need in future. Only thing I needed replaced was the electric disconnect mechanism .

Thanks for the quick response to my service call. Anthony arrived on time, worked quickly, and had my door back in operation in a few minutes . He suggested swapping out the led bulb in the opener for a standard bulb to avoid electrical interference with the door operation. Also, he was to provide two options for new door openers with pricing but i have not yet received any information.

He came earlier than the given time frame and not only changed the spring but also checked if everything else was good with the garage and also showed me how to take care of my garage.
