Great same day service to repair broken spring. Found Precision online. Called this morning. Attendant was friendly and made the appointment. The tech called to ask if he could come early. He arrived and completed the job in less than 30 minutes and gave me some advice on caring for my garage doors. Would definitely recommend Precision

Precision door came out several years ago to fix a broken spring. The technician put your label on the backside of the door and that's who I called to get an estimate for a new door. Our garage door is an original door --- only 36 years old! Bill came out thinking he was here for a repair. Told him we were looking for a quote for a new door. Then John showed up because he needed something off of the truck. The two of them (Bill and John) helped us make our decision as to what color and style of door that we ended up ordering. Great teamwork!!

He explained why the cost is so much greater now than it was in 1998 when the door we have was installed. I am taking all his informatlion to heart and trying to make a decision. The work was quick, clean, and resolved my issue. The technician, John Gilles, called when he was on his way and arrived when expected. He immediately diagnosed the problem. He then made a special trip to pick up the necessary parts. He was very polite and took his time to explain everything. After my garage door spring broke, Precision garage door was the first and only repair company I called and I’m glad I did. The technician, Paul did a super job installing a new spring and cable system. Really great guy to talk to and did the work in no time flat. I would highly recommend Paul and Precision.

In the past year I have spent $1,500 on springs and a new garage door opener with Precision. The service guys have been great. However, I recently purchased a $999 opener instead of $699 one because I believe I was misled on the warranty of the $699 opener. I was told the $699 opener didn't have more than a 5 year warranty on the motor and/or belt. I merely wanted an opener with a keypad and 2 remotes...however I was told the warranty was better on the $999 model. Then I was told I needed new rollers and that would cost me $230!!! I've spent over $1,500 in the last 2 months and they want $230 for 10 rollers? I felt I was deceived on the warranty and the after spending $1,500 i felt the rollers should have been discounted.

We used Precision almost 10 years ago for a total rebuild on our garage which came with a lifetime warranty on parts. Thank goodness for our choice, it made a world of difference in having the spring replaced. Plus they have wonderful technicians that do excellent work.

Paul Broschk was able to come out earlier. Called to request permission. Very respectful, provided education on how the door worked and reason for adjustments. Pointed out why the door sticks and what is needed to correct the problem. He responded to all questions and was able to fix the existing lock. My door is working much better. Upon request provided a quote if I decide to change out my doors to enable placement of a door opener. I would highly recommend Paul.
